Ballard Pizza Company - Woodinville

We hosted our one-year-old’s birthday party at Ballard Pizza Company, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We’ve also attended several of their pizza-making classes for our four-year-old, and they’ve been consistently fantastic every time.

The team is incredibly accommodating and thoughtful, especially when it comes to kids and families. They made everything feel easy and low-stress, which is exactly what you want when hosting a party. We also really appreciated how inclusive they were with food options — having vegan cheese available made a big difference for our family.

And on top of all that, the pizza itself is genuinely great; fresh, well-made, and enjoyed by both kids and adults alike. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in creating a welcoming, family-friendly environment.

Highly recommend for kids’ events, classes, or just a great pizza experience in general.

FOUR dashers couldn't get my food.. complete operational failure

Ordered at 7:45pm for 8:25pm delivery. FOUR separate DoorDash drivers were assigned and had to wait or unassigns because the restaurant never had my $40 pizza ready. Finally delivered at 9pm, over 35 minutes late.

I see other reviews mentioning their pizza and wings arrived at the table in minutes. Meanwhile, I'm watching four different drivers cycle through my order because ESR can't coordinate their kitchen.

This is Ethan Stowell Restaurants, a restaurant group that charges $40 for a pizza and adds a mandatory 20% service charge, yet somehow can't manage basic kitchen timing or delivery coordination.

Quality is also inconsistent - the crust is burnt half the time, sometimes nearly black. At $40/pizza, this is completely unacceptable. Won't be back.

Ballard Pizza in Woodinville is a favorite for our Friday night family pizza and movie night. A couple of pies and a salad and we’re good to go. Emily always gives outstanding service and the whole crew makes sure you are treated well. We’ll be back again for sure.

Always passed by this place and never came in, well finally remembered to try it out and I’m so glad we did, it’s a great looking restaurant with plenty of tables and big windows. There’s also validated parking so you guys really have no excuse! We ordered the Chicken Wings which was great! Perfectly spicy (for me) but lick your fingers good kinda spice. We also ordered the Basil & Bird and it absolutely hit the spot, the flavors worked beautifully well together and the pizza dough flavor was spot on. The service was also great, extremely efficient and brought out our food promptly

Denied service because supposedly two thirds of the restaurant was “reserved”. We were not given any option to wait or told how long it would take for a table to become available in the “unreserved” section. We were flat out denied service. Sat outside for a bit and saw a guest that was moved from one 4 person table to another larger table in the “reserved” section. This was the same guest that walked in right before I did with no reservation, they told the host they were “ok squeezing in at a 4 person table.” We have never been here and been denied service, we have sat and waited over a hour for our pizza to be made but never flat out denied entry. My family ate here regularly, paid all the additional service fees that were added during and after the pandemic (including the take out service fee), brought out of town friends and family here, and had no issues when the place was severely understaffed resulting in delayed food and service. Through all of that I never once considered leaving a negative review, however, being denied service is a bit too much. Needless to say we won’t be back.

Been going here for awhile now and I think this was my final time. Tonight I ordered take out and just a salad. Cesar with Chicken. Paid extra for the chicken and got an absolutely obismal amount of chicken for what you pay. Last time ordering or going here. Price is no longer worth it lettace is also just bagged Costco or Sysco.

Literally have this in my fridge right now, but figured they'd have a slightly better salad. This is worse than dive bar pathetic! Zero effort in this $2 bag of lettace. Do better this is just embarrassing! $5 to add chicken and I could buy a whole chicken from Costco for $5. This is beyond a rip off. $23 + $5 to add chicken to this.

Ballard ownership: You can not be serious about how bad this is.

I have 3 boys who play soccer at the Woodinville sports fields and Ballard has become a staple for our family in the weekends. I recommend the cheesy bread and Emily’s 522 pizza and for adults they always have great beers in tap.

I’m so happy they have vegan cheese!! Makes splitting a pizza with my partner so easy and we both get what we want! Drink selection is awesome as well, plenty of alcoholic and nonalcoholic options. They can accommodate a wide variety of groups and ages !!
