We had visited barking frog yesterday after making an appointment for 8pm. The place is packed with people and a lot of rush(may be it depends on the group sizes,yesterday there were large groups,so it was quite noisy). While making the appointment, they had asked if we were celebrating any occasion, I had mentioned that it's our wedding anniversary, so I was under the impression they would make it memorable for us that way(that's what I saw in the comments previously and booked the place). Unfortunately, nothing of that sort happened. I don't have any complaints with the food.Kid-friendliness: High chair is available, also they offer kid's meal choices.

I took my son here for lunch. I ordered the chicken sandwich. The chicken was over cooked and extremely dry. The bun was also overcooked and wasn't worth eating. I was very disappointed. It was our first time to the restaurant and we had high expectations. Our food took over 40 minutes to arrive. My son ordered the lamb sandwich on gluten-free bread. He enjoyed his meal, I wish I could say the same.

Wonderful Restaurant, located at a Land Mark Resort. The staff is wonderful and the food exceptional. You can tell great care goes into everything they do.
We had another amazing dinner at the barking frog. They are consistently great with amazing service.We enjoyed everything we had. We had frog legs, duck breast, scallops with risotto and ganache for desert. Oh and black garlic potatoes. Yummm.. it was all so delicious!!

Used to really love the food here but they have unfortunately removed their fingerling potatoes from their breakfast/brunch menu. These potatoes were absolutely delicious and a big reason my wife and I would go here. They have replaced it with hash brown bites that are mushy and not edible. Hopefully they bring back their signature fingerling breakfast potatoes so that we can enjoy this place again.

Large party of 10 for brunch...waited for over an hour and a half to get seated (no call-ahead or reservations), then food took an hour (bacon was cold)... Overall food was really good, but would only come back with a group of 4 or less.
I have been here a few times now and usually always a great experience. This time was different and surprised by it. Our server Bill was nice. We shared a 14oz waygu rib eye for $125. Over half of it was fat and that was disappointing. The flavor was good however. We ordered from a cocktail list that we were told was going to be changing the next day so the cocktail I wanted was not available. Also disappointing but the bartender did a good job on what he made with some of the ingredients of the drink I originally wanted from the menu. 1/4 of the way through my drink, I noticed a sharp chip in on the rim of my glass. Bill was kind about it and brought me a new drink. I'm not gluten free 100% but try to avoid it and the gluten free bread was great! The service was a bit slow. We ordered off the menu for dessert the French vanilla creme brûlée with lemon lavender shortbread. Bill brought out the creme brûlée but no shortbread and I had to ask for it. He said it was in abundance of caution because I ordered the gluten free bread but I had mentioned I wasn't gluten free plus my date was looking forward to the shortbread so I assumed it would have come out as the menu stated. The ambience is always nice. It was St Patrick's Day so we were not surprised when a group of louder guests showed up sounding ready to celebrate. Ha! We both said we'd return for breakfast like we've gone for in the past but probably not dinner again. Price point doesn't match up with what we got and expected for dinner.

My greatest criticism is rushed service. They were putting the entre on the table clearly before we were done with the apps. Too expensive an experience to feel like we're being processed through.

An ok fine dining experience... I had heard a lot about the Barking Frog and its fine dining experience. Th food was good, but not as refined as I would expect from such a restaurant. The octopus dish was unfortunately over cooked. Everything need a little more seasoning and acidity. The wine pairing was off. And $12 for gluten free bread is pushing it. The staff were lovely and knowledgeable. I would recommend the restaurant at DeLille in the area more, or Terra Plata in downtown Seattle, or Staple & Fancy in Ballard for better food for similar prices.

First of all it's one of the most amaiIng culinary experiences I have had in a while. Although it wasn't my first time here I was so satisfied with the food and the service. Isaiah was such an amazing waiter and so patient with us and our questions. His recommendations were on point. Ps you can ask for a vegetarian menu. Also if you like moktails they had 2 options and the taste was so good!
