Honestly, cold stone is great. It’s the OG. Priya is great and very friendly. The cake is awesome too. 💯

I visited on Wednesday with my grandson and his friend. Roi was upbeat and customer focused. When I told her my grandson had a nut allergy, she took extra care, mixing his ice cream in a separate area in the back of the store to avoid contamination. Deeply appreciated! We will be back - and look forward to trying an ice cream cake in the near future!

Very patient with my very shy 4-year-old trying to order for herself. The man was so nice about how quiet, unsure and slow to make a decision she was.

Scooper of a time! Every bite was iceolated perfection, so cool it left me chilling for more. Their mix-ins are solid, carving out flavors that are simply mint to be. The staff really conequered my heart with service that was unfrostgettable. If you’re looking for a sundae funday, this is the place to melt your worries away!

Cold Stone is a pretty solid and consistent experience across all locations. I generally like the flavors they have, and their toppings. I don't consider their ice cream the best I've ever had, but it's still pretty nice, and you can do a lot of customization of toppings. Also, ice found that they are pretty generous with portions, especially compared to many other ice cream places you see nowadays. Of note, I got a single scoop here, and it was pretty much the equivalent of a double scoop in many other places. Overall, happy to go again, and my current score may just be a reflection that I haven't found the best combo of flavors and toppings for myself, honestly. There are a lot of options, so I likely find myself trying them.

Seriously?!? Does it get any better than this. This is my kind of heaven with so many incredible ice cream types that they end up making soft and letting you add any kind of topping that you can think of. Love this place and love the people and they are always so incredibly friendly. Now add to the fact that you have this amazing person, Rio, creates these incredible artistic cakes out of ice cream and you truly are in heaven. A slightly cold heaven, but heaven
