I've only been in a few times late night after work for a few beers.
I can't give any ratings on the food, as I have yet to eat here, but one day I'll try the 15.99 Chicken Curry Dinner, it sounds really good.
The bartender, Dani has always been really nice and provided great service.
I like the place, but I can see it not being for everyone.
If you aren't looking for some fancy over priced bar with rude bartenders, then this is a great place.

Roadside bar vibe with fantastic Indian food on the dinner menu. Stopped here on a whim and we're very impressed by the food. Drink options were good and the chef was more than happy to work out a few dietary issues. Well worth a stop for a drink and some excellent food!

Cookhouse burger is phenomenal.

Amazing experience every single visit. Whether it’s craving Bir’s special chicken tikka masala, or just watching the game in a great environment, the cookhouse (always the Indian Palace in my heart) never fails.

Omg the food here is so good! I wanted Indian food and I noticed the menu said it was only available after a certain time. The waitress/bartender was super nice and said she would have the cook make it for us. I'm really glad this business was accommodating. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was very welcoming and it is popular among the locals and I can see why.

1 bartender on alone to serve everyone - she did great considering. Only deep fried food at night which is gross & disappointing because all 5 of us would've ordered meals. One weird psycho chick at the bar that was apparently a regular that regularly picks fights with customers as she did with me when I was there standing at the bar to pay my tab of $130. Not sure why if this is her usual - why is she even allowed in to begin with. Regulars sitting at the bar top told us that this customer "does this all the time, is severely mentally ill" she even followed me outside. Super lame. Why even let her in to cause problems? Next time we will go elsewhere to avoid drama & drop some cash because that was lame af.

Instead of being polite to potential patrons, the employees were very condescending and rude to the point their current customer agreed they were being ridiculous. Evidently this establishment does not wish to gain new customers or keep their current ones.

Used to be the horseshoe before it got bought. Great atmosphere. Tenders remember you from years ago! If you live in the Woodinville Kingsgate area, highly recommended if you're chill.

This is my new favorite Indian restaurant and Dive Bar! Until I walked through the door, this place only existed in my dreams. Kicking butt at both endeavors!
