Bing and Jesse both create fancy flavorful cocktails each month , Plus there is a consistent cocktail menu to fall in love with as well.

Copper Cat understands the balance between consistency and experimentation. They explore the boundaries of their craft while making spirits which are unmistakable within thier category. The atmosphere feels honest, unpretentious, and one where you can share your oppinion no matter your experience. They allow you to be part of a mutual understanding that what tastes good Is good.

If you like good brandy, Copper Cat has some great brandy.

Amazing!The whiskey is delicious and has warm flavors of hazelnut.

Excellent craft distiller. Even makes peated whisky, but also has aquavit, brandy, and a Szechuan peppercorn gin whisky that is delightful. It's often hard to get the flavor right with Szechuan peppercorn without getting gross in alcohol, so I really applaud them on that. Distillers are a husband and wife duo and extremely knowledgeable.

What a wonderful place to go and try some real great cocktails, gin and vodka.The owners are amazing people. Must check.

Really excellent distillery with wonderful owners. They produce easily the best gins in the area and some of my favorite gins all time. Copper cat always has top billing at my home bar. The limoncello is the best that there is and the cocktails they make are top notch. I can't wait to see what else they come up with in the future.

Wow! This Distillery is awesome. I Took a Bartending class they offer and had the best time. Jess and Bing (owners) are great teachers and their Vodka was top shelf. Try the class if you're wanting to learn more about making drinks. Its a lot of fun. Thanks again

We were lucky enough to catch Jess and Bing on a rainy Friday and have the place to ourselves! They are clearly passionate small business owners who make a GREAT product. We loved the tasting and learning about all that goes into their work. One of my favorite distillery experiences!!

Attended the Gin class! It was absolutely wonderful and informative. Jess and Bing are great hosts! Jess shared his passion for gin and distilling with us. He is definitely a master a making cocktails too! 10/10 would attend the gin class again!
