The wine is good but their business practices are terrible. We signed up for the wine club and were supposed to receive 4 bottles three times a year. All of a sudden we received an email stating that our SIX bottles were ready for pickup. They changed our club without notifying us. Instead of 12 bottles a year, we would be in the hook for 24 bottles! We emailed a couple of times to talk about the situation but they would not reply. Phone calls not answered and not returned. We finally had to dispute the charges with our bank and we finally received an automated email telling us that our account had been credited. We have still not spoken with anyone. Not good customer service. Update: We finally received a communication from the owner. Turns out we joined the club the same day that the club changed but the website had not been updated. That explains the lack of notification of the change. However, my comments about the lack of response to our emails and phone calls still stand. They say that they sent an email reply but we never received it. Bottom line, it took two weeks to get our refund and that didn't happen until we complained to the bank. CC says that they refunded us "immediately", but for us it was two weeks. Pandemic or no, it's best to deal with situations before they become problems. We were not upset with CC about the club change until it took so long to get a resolution. I have updated my review to 3 stars.

Very awkward experience. They do not honor woodinville wine passports during covid (nearly every other winery does) because they want to take you through their exclusive walk through of the winery... The owner was nice enough to come chat with us, and they did decide to honor 2 of our 4 passports if we bought a bottle of wine (not sure why we even had to negotiate). All that said, the wine is okay, but the experience was cringe worthy and they made us feel quite uncomfortable throughout our time there. If you don’t want people to try your wine on the passport, just tell people that before you seat them so you can avoid creating an uncomfortable experience for wine patrons.
