Domino's Pizza

Went for curbside pickup and everything was great I however noticed there was only one young man working the whole store by himself poor guy I feel bad he is a very hard worker and deserves a raise shame on dominoes management at this location for allowing this not a smart move 5 stars because of the young man who is working multiple positions themselves

This store undercooks their pizzas and then blames the customer for not selecting “well done”

The quality of the pizza is better than other Domino stores on east Seattle based on multiple takeout experiences here

I used to order pizza in this location weekly.
I'll never order again.
Last Sunday 08/11 I ordered 2 pizzas (more than $50 order) at around 20:45.
One hour later I tried to call several times the store because I wanted to know what was going on with my order but the store phone was not working.
At 22:18 got a call from who I suppose who was the delivery man saying that he was on route but didn't know when he was going to be able to deliver the pizzas.
I then said that I didn't want the pizzas anymore because was way too late and wanted a refund.
He said ok, ok and hang the call.
I opened a case in the dominos web site and all I got was an answer saying they give me a free pizza coupon.
I don't want a free pizza. O want my money back!

Worst experience and staff is not friendly at all. Understaffed and suggesting to cancel order after 30min.

Our family really loves the pizza here but one day I was called 20 minutes after ordering a pizza only to be told that the main topping for one of my pizzas was out. They asked me what I wanted to do and I asked for a refund and told them I was disappointed. I gave some feedback and then all of a sudden I was playing musical telephone with other employees because no one knew how to give me a refund. I asked for managers number because no one seemed to be able to give me a refund. They refused to give me mangers or store owner name and info. The next time I ordered pizzas for my family every pizza was black and burned to a crisp. It was done on purpose. They know what they are putting into those boxes. The staff is very immature and can not accept feedback without destroying customers future orders. I’ve walked in a few times to see employees texting on their cell phones in the middle of putting toppings on the pizza. Honestly we will not go back to this location after our experience. It’s really sad that this is how people choose to be. Those employees lost happy customers.

The location is great, situated right at the intersection of Chain Bridge Rd and Old Dominion Rd. They are quick at completing orders unless it’s a rush hour and the service is great. I usually order a carry out and the food is always ready on time.

Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options.

Parking: There are limited parking spots but generally you find some space.
