My Mother ordered pizza here, and they were out of mushrooms so they refused to make her pizzas, however they took her money and refused to give her a refund. Is this not illegal? They couldve left off the mushrooms or offered a substitute? This is ridiculous. "We have no more time for you", and hung the phone up on me for calling to ask why theyd do such a thing. Also, when picking up pizzas one day, the guy slicing the pizzas was texting on his phone. Is there not a manager here?

The workers complain more than they work! None of them wash their hands before touching the food, the delivery drivers would just come in and start touching the food.

Dominos tracker does not seem to work anymore. It game me an ETA of 45 minutes. At the store, they added 20-30 minutes more to the ETA. Had to cancel and go elsewhere.

I ordered a large chicken bacon ranch pizza was delivered no ranch very dry pizza!! I called the Woodinville Domino's was told somebody was making pizzas wrong that night and Manager would refund the order. I call back 3 business days later because there is no refund in my bank I spoke with manager Tim very patronizing and thought everything was funny (he must be stoned) Tim told me he's not refunding it's been to many days ...(huh) and he would give me store credit. This Domino's in Woodinville is a JOKE!!! They just lost a new customer because I just moved to Woodinville 7 days ago. Poor service one strike you are out with that attitude Tim (a manager...yikes!)

I was SO impressed by how hard the entire staff was working together as a team. They were crazy busy but they were all smiling and working as fast as they could to get all of their orders done!Parking: Lots of parking right up front, which was great because it was pouring down rain!

I ordered via the mobile app for a specific time, then the app pushed it by 30 minutes. I called to fix it, and the gal told me to ignore the app, and that they would have it done at the scheduled time. Then the app said it would be ready 45 minutes early. I called to ask about it and they told me it would finish right at my scheduled time, and not earlier. Then I saw the app say my food was ready and boxed. I didn’t trust them so I drove in, and sure enough it had been done a while and was getting cold. I called to complain and a man said he would refund my order, and just needed a manager to approve it. He put me on hold for 5 minutes, then a gal picked up and asked how she could help but had not been told anything by the previous person. He never did anything but put me on hold. I told her to talk to the previous person and get the refund issued. They never did. I also asked to have the tip removed since the service was so horrible. They would not. As soon as they got their tip on the initial order, all they did was lie to me. Horrible customer experience. The manager either needs to clean house or the owner needs to find a new manager who can fix the problems this particular location has.

I ordered online and got there too early so I waited. They don't wear gloves here when they cook. Several of the line workers constantly touched their faces and rubbed their hands on their apron while preparing the pizzas. Not one of them washed their hands when they switched tasks or wiped their noses. It took an hour for my pizza to be ready. The manager was nice tho.

During a time of desperate hunger, I ordered pizza here. The pizza was a 3/5 and did the job. I also ordered garlic bread, which tasted freezer burnt, and after one bit I had to throw it away.I don't think I'll be back.

Good team, good location. I live 5 mins away and my family always order from here every other day and they never mess up my order. I would 100% suggest it. Even on busy days, they still do their best!
