This little stand has the best coffee in the area, and the staff is so friendly. I visit only every other month and they always remember me and my usual order. Highly recommend!

Service was excellent - friendly and professional. The autumn chai, a little sweet but still tasty. I am a cold brew super fan and this is one of the best I've ever had. Like a chocolate and cocoa brownie was liquidfied - strong flavor, a nice touch of bitterness (soft and subtle).HIGHLY recommend.

I’ve been going to grounds weekly for years and this year I started going less as they’ve gotten more busy. The last 3 times I’ve gone my drink has either had something wrong with it or I’ve gotten the completely wrong drink. Today I ordered a 32oz redbull with blue raz and green apple and some cream. I was handed a 24oz lotus with whip cream and it didn’t have any blue raz. Sometimes it’s the wrong syrup or they forgot the cream but today a completely different drink. Grounds has just gone down hill even tho the girls that work there are all very nice.

I got the Almond Joy blended drink, and while it was really delicious, I had a couple of issues. Biggest problem: they had blended the wrapper into the drink. Also, a few minutes after driving off, the almost-melted candy bar they placed on top ended up dropping on me and making a mess. The small straw made the drink hard to drink, and the pieces of candy inside were too big for the straw, would've been better to provide smoothie straws, and maybe chop and freeze the candy bar pieces beforehand.

Grounds has had my heart for a few years. It was consistent and very wonderful people that would work there that actually went out of their way to make the customers happy and would ask about the customers plans for the day, etc. Now, I noticed new people started working and it’s a whole different atmosphere. The past few times I have gone with friends, they have messed up my drink order. To name a few incidences, I ordered a 32oz redbull Italian soda with cream and whip and I was given a 24oz with only whip. My friend ordered a 24oz redbull Italian soda with no cream or whip and was given a 24oz RBI soda with cream. Again today, my friend ordered a 24oz RBI soda with no cream or whip, but I visibly saw the blonde guy put whip cream on her drink (even tho she asked for there to be no whip cream) and then scrap it off and put it into a new cup, even after being told by one of the other workers that it had NO WHIP, NO CREAM. He should have made a new drink, after putting the whip on top, especially without knowing if my friend had a severe dairy allergy. Mind you there was still residue in the new cup with whip cream. I also saw one of the girls grab frozen fruit from the cooler with her bare hands which is a big No-no in the food industry. The workers would constantly have to remake drinks since they’re all talking to each other, seeming like it’s distracting them and messing up orders. I’m very disappointed in the service since the workers no longer care about engaging with the customers and talk amongst themselves.

I ordered a honeysuckle quad shot shaken espresso and not only was it not shaken, everything was sunk to the bottom of the cup and it was over $12 for a SINGLE drink. I thought Starbucks was expensive. The girls were nice but I do not feel like I got what I asked for and spent a heavy penny for less than mid coffee. Won’t be returning
Amazing staff, told them to surprise me and got an amazing drink, beautifull presentation. Visible menu is more limited then there actual selection and would be nice to include prices (price is reasonable but I like to see it) generally highly recommended

I really like this drive through coffee place. Their coffee is great, yesterday I tried rose milk latte and it was pretty good. My pup also enjoys their pup cup which is at least 2 good sized treats and yummy cream for her.
