The food was good but even no spice level on my Drunken Noodles was spicy for me. I got a chili flake stuck in my throat and couldn’t stop coughing.

They messed up the fire and served my date their food well over 10+ minutes before I got my food. We were not updated about what was going on and by the time my food came their food was cold. No offer to recook or reheat their food.

Couldn’t get their attention to refill waters or order a soda to add to the very spicy (to me) food.

Atmosphere is ok. It’s a casual location with comfortable booths and chair seating. Private and cozy too.

But the lack of service and the mess up of my order with no apology or statement remedynit left a sour taste in my mouth, so to speak.

Nothing remarkable to make me want to come back despite the terrible service issue. I will not return.

Nothing to share regarding the atmosphere, but something here has changed... ordered 2 orders chicken Pad Thai (tamarind sauce used was too much in comparison to noodle ratio. Which noodles were overly chopped up and ruined the dish all together), chicken satay (dry chicken, not hot), crab racoon (wrapper raw in half of the won ton and middle was warm not hot. Meaning the cheese was still semi solid). Pad see ew (chicken was super dry and normally the dish is dry it wasn't. The steamed broccoli seemed as though they were blanched in water and just dropped in the box). Beef fried rice (seasoning!!!! Please!!!!!). Red Thai curry (ask for mild. Was not mild, served with white rice which was undercooked).. not to be overly dramatic, but this place may have ruined Thai food for me...

Out of nearly 35 thai restaurants i have been two this ranks as my 2nd favorite of all time. Server was great, never ran out of water. Wait time was normal even though they were busy with a ton of pickup orders. Yellow and masaman curry were both excellent. The crying tiger appetizer was fantastic. Nothing bad to say about this place at all. Keep up the good work.

It looks authentic Thai restaurant. The taste of beef noodle soup is impressive. It is different from Chinese style soup. They kindly serve food. It should be great place to taste Thai.

This is for takeout review. Ordered through Doordash and then called the restaurant for some extras to be added. Unfortunately, the staffer did not follow through with the additions. I have eaten at the restaurant not too long ago and I thought the food was great and they prepared it just the way I wanted it. The young server at the restaurant knew exactly what to do. But this time on the phone they wanted to charge extra for some leaves of basel and garlic (alas they sent that separately rather than in the food) did not provide fresh chillies in nam pla as was ordered. The food was bland when I ordered extra hot. They cannot have two types of services for the same dish. Perhaps communication was an issue but I strongly suggest that whoever is on the phone to take orders understand what is being asked and not have dual pricing for the same food. I will give it one more try at the restaurant.

Good food, reasonable prices. Service was good and friendly. It's a strip mall restaurant but it's nicely decorated and comfortable. Most importantly, it's not particularly noisy.

I eat a lot of Thai food and usually in takeout. But I had some time to kill today so I went into Irene Thai to eat in the restaurant. Not only was the atmosphere friendly and cozy, but the service was great. Also, they have the best chicken satay I have ever had and their peanut sauce is right up there too

Delicious food, fast and friendly service. We liked it…and paid the now typically higher prices for quality food in this economy. It’s not their fault, but…

We frequently visit Irene. All the staff are very nice people, their prices are good, and they serve reliably good food.

Recently, they expanded the menu, and I’ve never had anything here that was not tasty.
