I do enjoy your sandwich product, one of the best chain subs out there in my humble opinion, but I have had several incidents now where the staff doesn't include sides that were paid for in the order. I get it, human error, but it happened yet again this evening so there seems to be a trend now of shorting customers their sides on online orders. Please stop doing this. Thank you.

3 sandwiches - The lettuce and tomatoes were wet like they've been soaking in water, uncovered and left in a fridge for a couple of days. I took a bite and the produce is inedible. I order from Jersey Mike’s on average every two weeks on Doordash (Bellevue Location) I used the new option through Instacart to order from Jersey Mike’s. Today I realized this is the Woodinville location. Now I understand the change in quality. The Woodinville location should have the health department visit to check fridge temps and food storage. The bread was not baked today. If it was they must have stuck it in the window in the direct sun causing the bread to be hard like a crouton. I threw away my entire order out of concern of food poisoning. I will never use Instacart via Uber Eats to buy from this location again. When I contacted Instacart/Uber Eats via the app I was told they couldn't help me.

Best sandwich is the famous philly! Absolutely made perfectly every time I order it. Guys are always friendly. Parking can be a issue on Friday and Saturday nights, other restaurants in same center.
