Z was my wine server today in Woodinville & she was attentive, informative, and funny. We had great conversations and the clientele coming through the door were well received. Amazing wine sales, and I will be back.

The wines are good. Service is a little rough at times. Good table wines for cellar building

Great wines. Love this place the consistency of quality. 1 ask, can there be background music in the tasting room so I don't feel like I'm in a doctor's waiting room..lol

Was one of our favorite places to go because the people who worked there were friendly and welcoming. Once the rude Italian manager took over, all those people left. Now customer service has gone down the drain and there is a constant turn around in staff. I've given them multiple try's but we have had terrible experiences the last few times we have gone.

As we walked in the door at the Woodinville location, we were not welcomed, and the Italian man in charge was sitting at the door. He did not even say hello. I had spoken to Alyssa about holding a reception there, so we wanted to check the place outWhen he followed us in, we inquired about the reception we are planning. He acted like we were foolish to thinksuch a thing. We weren’t offered a tasting, we weren’t treated with kindness or even respect.Their loss, as we continued on to 4 other tasting rooms and tasted, bought, and now will hold our reception at one of the others.Strange

Jasmine at the Leavenworth Kestrels was AMAZING!!! So personal, so kind. Above and beyond service! 10/10 recommend to a friend. I hope to see her again the next time I visit Leavenworth

Not allowed to sit in open air portion of tasting facility. It is reserved for wine club members. Kind of a bummer on a nice day. Would not go back.

The staff running the tasting room are awesome, attentive to you and very helpful in helping you find just the right wine for you
