I ordered $30 worth of tenders and nuggets, which should have come with 6 sauces, but I got none. I cannot express how disappointing it is to go to KFC after work, drive all the way home, sit down, bust out the chicken, and there's no sauce. This isn't the first time this has happened. Stop forgetting the sauce, I beg you!

Placed an online order for pickup arrived 30minutes later still not ready the store was empty and not busy, waited another 20mins. I could only imagine if they were busy how bad the service can get. They gave me the wrong sauces as well, not very organized would not go back

Regular chicken was good, but ordered Nashville spicy strips. Strips were bland and barely had any saucce and meat was dry. Worst of all they forgot to give me my drink which I didn't realize until I got home.

Food wasn't hot. mac & cheese was like yellow paste. staff not very friendly or helpful. ordered from a kiosk and was just handed the food. didn't even get the correct order and by then no staff around again to even tell them. poor experience all around

The carbonated beverage stained my mustache yellow from the high concentration of food dyes contained in the drink.
Just got food poisoning from their burnt flavorless stale chicken tenders, The entire order looked suspicious but we were too hungry, soon after finishing our meal our stomachs threw a fit, it was really bad. I reached out to KFC Customer Support and they washed their hands of the complaint pointing the finger at Uber Eats, incredibly unprofessional and rude, would not order from here again, how extremely poor the quality of all things that made KFC once a great dinner choice have gotten. Never again!

Horrible location. I stood for 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me and when the girl with pink/red hair noticed me, she walked away to stand by the drive thru window even though there were no cars. Another employee from the back noticed me and handed me my pick up order. Which turned out to be wrong. It’s funny the receipt says the order was “double checked for accuracy”.

Sadly, 8 piece dark extra crispy bucket was so soggy with oil I couldn't even pick it up a thigh or leg without losing the skin/breading. The skin's fat layer was also not rendered so it was very unappealing. In order to eat this I had to reheat in an air fryer so I could melt away all that cooking oil and fat.
