So we had been members for quite a few years. I wasn't sure about posting a review, but after much thought it was a need.
My husband and I went to longshadows in woodinville on a very quiet Tuesday afternoon. We were seated, probably 3 other tables were seated too. Definitely not busy! We received water and waited another 15 minutes, there were 3 staff members behind the bar, never once did they approach us.
After our 15 minute wait we walked out! Extremely disappointed, we canceled our membership shortly after.
Walla walla is still an amazing, tasting room, with top notch service.

I’ve been wine tasting for years & the pours for the price were the smallest me & my family have ever had. That made it difficult to decide which wine to purchase. I did look at the other tables & their pours by another servers & they were proper pours . We will not return. One of my family members did purchase wine . The wine is very expensive for what I could taste . Disappointed as we came a long way for the experience. The other wineries had adequate pours .

1) Wine: I had both 2023 Cymbal (Sauvignon blanc) and 2020 Pirouette (Bordeaux blend). Cymbal was refreshing and easy to pair with different kinds of foods. However, Pirouette was quite disappointing as the blend tasted unbalanced.

2) Food: I had flatbread and it tasted like re-heated frozen pizza. The portion was more like an appetizer/sampler than a main dish.

3) Atmosphere: Mid-century style wine tasting room with nice staffs.

Very average. Servers don’t seem too interested in actually telling you about the wines and just ramble a pre-rehearsed sing song about the wine.
I’d say there are better options in the area.
Nice look to the place though.

Nicely appointed and comfortable tasting room with pleasant staff. We sampled 3 or 4 of their reds and bought a nice bottle to consume on site, sitting outside on their comfortable upstairs patio/balcony. A bit nicer experience than Chateau St Michelle. Did not try their food. Will return.

Parking: Easy, parking about ~100 feet or so from their door.

At the winery the signage was non-existent. Close parking was taken by the employees. Outdoor seating area being refurbished so we couldn’t enjoy the views. $35pp to taste 6 reds. Pours so small it was barely two sips - hardly enough to truly experience the tastes of their big reds. Service was extremely slow. We overheard the other servers and they seemed much more engaged with their customers. The in-town tasting room looks better but we didn’t get a chance to go there.

We liked every wine here. The service was lovely. Each wine was unique. We liked them all, loved some. Would definitely recommend to visit. Didn't go to any of the neighboring tasting rooms.

The wine was okay. Food is small and over priced for what you get (six 2" squares of flatbread for $18+). Our server wasn't quite hitting the mark; she kept trying jokes that none of us understood, and was slow to come to the table. They attempt table side service for their tastings, but after over an hour, we were only given pour #2 of 6 and had been waiting after both pours with empty glasses. We left at an hour and a half as our server hasn't given us the third part of the tasting.

We visited Long Shadows Jan 2024 - it was SNOWING outside. All 4 of us have visited several wineries all over the world. This was our 2nd one to visit in Woodinville. We will come back. Michael was so good at explaining wines and history. There was only 1 of 6 wines I gave a 8 rating instead of a 9 or 10. Wow. Thank you so much.

World-class wines! Some of the best I've tasted, and without the price tag of Napa and Bordeaux. Nice tasting room and
