Went thru drivethru , ordered meal, paid, got drink and told to wait for meal. Told 2 minutes. 11 minutes passed on my clock and I ask the employee delivering the food to other waiting cars “where is my meal”? 2 minutes passed and he comes out with cold fries and a cold burger. Super bummed.

I placed a mobile order and when I arrived, it wasn’t ready and the drive-thru person pointed for me to park just past the drive-thru (not around the corner like the sign said) and then the girl that brought out my order was acting like it’s my fault and getting upset with me. How about you tell your coworkers to tell people the correct place to pull up instead of the wrong one? Also, my food should’ve been ready. It was literally a just a quarter pounder and fries

I don't normally review mass fast food retailers because they tend to be consistent from one to another, however my visit to this McDonald's was exceptional. Every person we interacted with (at least three) were incredibly polite and friendly. They each made an effort to acknowledge us in each step of the order (we went through the drive-thru), they made eye contact and behaved as though they truly cared about our visit. It was very much worth noting. The food was delicious and assembled nicely (we didn't have to restack our burgers.) Everything was hot and melty and hit the spot. We look forward to our next visit!

Love coming here cause it’s close to work but this time they didn’t give me half my meal that I paid for, and this seems to be a fairly common thing when I’ve gone thru the drive thru but when it’s curbside and has a label the bag shouldn’t leave without being checked

The service and food quality at the Woodinville McDonald's used to be outstanding. However, our family has recently observed a decline in standards at this location. The most noticeable issue is the quantity of fries in the container, which is far from full. It certainly feels like price gouging and shrinkflation are at play here.
