Extremely rude service at the window. There are many drive through coffee shops around. After spending $15 for the rudest service I've experienced in a long time I will not be returning.

PLEASE READ I NEED SUPPORT

At the Mercury in woodinville on Duvall road
I found cut up pieces of hair in my drink by the time I found it I had drink more than half, and there were still hairs floating in my drink. I notified the staff that very morning the director called me the next day only offered me a gift card like I don’t spend $50 here almost every two weeks for years now. Nothing was done about the situation. He had showed me footage to show that there was no sign of hair being put it my drink but the hair in my mouth and drink says otherwise. I had tried to leave a email and seems email was incorrect tried called the directors number and no answer I left a voicemail never got back to me. I’ve seen many others wronged by this place employees choosing their own tip and poor service. As a long time customer I am more than dissatisfied I’m disappointed and feel like my health was put in harms way. I stated that I did not wanna go the legal route as it gets messy but I will not be silenced. If you have been wronged by them as well please comment and we can exchange information they can’t keep running a business like this.

To simply say footage was shared is not enough I’ve been going to mercury easily almost 5 years maybe more this location I’ve been going to for going on 4 years straight. I have no reason to say there was hair out in my drink unless there was hair put in my drink. It’s disappointing director reached out again clearly need to speak to someone else as he still hasn’t taken care of my concerns. Had reached back out after a text and nothing. These companies think small people can’t and won’t do anything but this is legally not ok tampering with someone’s drink intent to harm.

My wife and I always get a mocha with extra shot and it's delicious, every time. 😋 I know the lines could be long however it's totally worth the wait. I have also had a muffin and it was soo good, I recommend you try their blue berry muffin selection.

I really like the food here, but I can't believe how crazy the prices have become. I got a 12 oz drink and sandwich and it was almost $19 ? everyone is always friendly, but the line can move really slow sometimes. I feel like considering the price I'd rather just go somewhere that's more of a restaurant than a coffee stand.

Great service every time so no complaint there, it's just that for what you pay the drinks disappoint more often than not. And I wish they published their food options on the menu board, it's kind of a "hidden/secret food menu"

As a HUGE coffee fanatic-I give them 5 stars across the board-Always friendly, GREAT COFFEE! Great products used..Highly recommend going the extra mile or so to visit Mecury Coffee-I know drive a bit out of my way just to get coffee here (about 25min drive)

The drinks are usually awesome! Once in a great while they might forget a flavor pump for their drinks. Other than that, the staff are always polite and respectful. One of the few things I'll miss from Washington since I've moved!
