Staff is consistently overwhelmed and talking about schedule conflicts in the background. The last 4 times I’ve been here my order has been ready 10-15 later than the 15-20 window I’ve already waited. They’re kind and offer a drink to apologize, but I’ve noticed a consistent trend which sucks when you only have a half hour lunch window. Employees also openly admitted to oven issues which was also shown in the final product.

Fast, friendly, and thoughtful service! Staff and esp the person to took our order was kind and accommodating. They quickly understood our dietary restrictions and customized a delicious pizza exactly to our preferences. They even used a fresh cutter and offered a side plate to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend this MOD Pizza. We will visit again when we’re in the area and craving pizza!

took 10 minutes for the guy to build my cheese pizza and ceasar salad. Then had to wait another 10 till someone helped me at the register to let me pay. By the time I payed my pizza was already out of the oven

One of the strangest visits to a Mod pizza. Food was ok, mostly what is expected. I would say we both agreed the sauce or dough was bland, overall bland despite the ingredients were there. Not anyone's fault, probably Mods ingredient sourcing? So I struggle to say this, but there is so much room for improvement as far as cleanliness: first impression: clean the oily handprints covering front doors throughout the day, clean the glass food covering throughout the day, keep your working area clean for the next guest's food, clean the restrooms, owner repair the restrooms, install a new door handle on the restroom, clean the tabletops (instead of brushing debris off). Clean trash & food off the floor from the previous messy careless guests (come on folks clean up after yourself & kids). The crew did ok, thier body language tells me they don't want to be there, or they don't like eachother, they can't work as a team, this contibuted to an off atmosphere. Customer service is a rough job at times, I get it, ive been there for years. Enthusiasm, cheerfulness, a smile, greetings, a freindly attitude...anything...goes a really long way to help this. Good leadership can make it a lot better. Cleanliness though....I've been in cleaner high school cafeterias. Also. No upbeat music, silent. The dining area was really cold, and I like it cold, but it was too cold, we both had to wear coats, family across from us said the same thing, really cold. Maybe the crew runs hot from the oven, so they cranked AC? Unfortunately we both agreed we wouldn't go back, every other time I went to a Mod Pizza in other locations it was a great time. First & last time here. Sorry guys, lots of room to improve, & i hope this helps somebody kick it in gear to make it better.

Great pizza at a pretty fair price! Only pizza I can suggest is the Calexico.. not because the others arnt good, but because the first time I went to M.O.D. I got the Calexico and haven't been able to bring myself to order anything else everytime I have gone there since. Highly recommended!

The past many times I've ordered from here has been horrid. Guess how many pepperonis the staff count as extra? Two for the largest size. I've been having to order extra with everything, even with extra cheese it's still the thinnest layer I've ever seen at a pizza place, giving a full inch for the dry crust. Not worth the money at all.
