We came in around 3:30 today, December 27th, and there was a lady serving us who was extremely rude. I've never had a server not make the pizza in front of us, but she didn't greet us, and when it came time to take our order, not only didn't make it in front of us, but told us it would be ready later, acting like we were very much a huge inconvenience for her the entire time.
After the pizzas started coming out, one of them was wrong, and when we went to ask her to fix it, she got pissy and blamed our daughter for ordering it. Since the pizza wasn't made in front of us like it normally would be, we couldn't correct it before it was cooked. Meanwhile, every other customer after us had their orders prepared in front of them.
I will say also that all of the other employees were perfectly polite and gracious, and we've never had an issue until today. We live close to this restaurant and come here quite often, but we'll probably be giving it a pass every time we see this lady working from now on.
I wasn't allowed to ask for her name, apparently, so I can't specify that. I'm sure the reason is for the review I've just left.

Poor time management results in poor customer service. I was in line and waited for the people before me to be finished just to be told when it's our turn that he had to prep 7 or so online order pizzas and we'd have to wait. With 4 people doing what do I know I expected somebody else to take care of us in the meanwhile but no chance.
I hope the online orders and whatever the other staff was doing is worth losing my business for good. I won't be returning to such bad customer service.

Popped in for a bit after a movie next door. There were about 6 or 7 people in line and it took over 45 minutes to get our order in. Online orders were being prioritized over customers who were in the restaurant. Multiple soda taps were out and they were out of plates. Food was fine but the experience was pretty poor overall due to understaffing and prioritizing dozens of pizzas from online orders. Lots of people came and wasted 15-20 minutes and then left with nothing.

Pizzas from this location seem sort of inconsistent; some days, the toppings are plentiful, and on others the crust is half charred. The staff is always lovely, though, and the create-your-own option is such a treat--especially because there are vegan options!

Great place to hang out with friends and eat pizza! Me and my friends love hanging out here after a long day, chatting and eating pizza. Great staff! Would definitely recommend.
I’ve been coming to this Mod since High School and have never had an issue with them. The staff has always been super friendly and the food has always been good. Ordered a couple pizzas to be delivered tonight, and got a completely different pizza than what I ordered.
For example, I ordered salami, bacon, sliced tomato, red onion, pineapple, and spinach. I instead received chicken, no pineapple, no bacon, no sliced tomato, shredded basil and no spinach.
When I called the delivery support to request a refund for the one pizza, they said they couldn’t issue me a refund for my pizza but could remake me a pizza. After we already waited 40 minutes for these pizzas… I didn’t want to waste the pizza, as we do not need 3 pizzas and I also do not want to wait another 40 minutes for my order to be corrected. Super frustrating and disappointing.

The service here was super slow. There was only 2 employees out of 5 that were working quickly and getting through the line. An order of 6 pizzas got in front of my group of 2 because the guy we had was going so slowly. He also had his hands in a cleaning chemical and was cleaning, then didn't wash his hands and just threw gloves on to make the pizzas. This location doesn't use tongs for their fillings either so if cross contamination is a concern for you, then this probably isn't the best location to go to.
I highly respect MOD's mission so I'll keep supporting them for sure. But this location wasn't my favorite of the many I've been to in the PNW.

For someone who usually doesn’t leave bad reviews… this one deserved it. I Went to mod pizza for lunch and my pizza was not cooked at all, the pizza had a play-dough consistency. I couldn’t even pick up a full slice without it falling apart, it was chewy and just mush/ slop. I’ve been here several times before and it’s usually great, but I think whoever was working had no care in the world and was just terrifyingly bad at their job.
