We had a private event at Northwest Sprits and it was perfect. Kristin (Events Director) was super organized and responsive. She answered all the questions and emails promptly which made our decision making easy. The food from Von’s 1000 Spirits was fresh and delicious. Jacqueline (General Manager/mixologist) and Kaitlin (mixologist) who ran the event were super professional and helpful, they made empty glasses and plates “magically” disappear from the tables. But most importantly they made delicious and beautifully presented crafted cocktails while accommodating dietary restrictions of our guests. All of our guests were extremely happy with the event.

We saw an Instagram ad for trivia night on Thursdays. Really fun atmosphere. The staff have been great every time. The drinks are fun and thoughtful. The trivia is fun. Can't wait to try more drinks!

Plenty of events throughout the week (we particularly love trivia on Thursdays with Dan), but no matter what day Jacqueline and Kaitlin will hook you up with the best cocktails in the area. Super cute ambiance, love the indoor/outdoor aspect with the fireplace to boot. Options for mocktails are always greatly appreciated, and loved that they can do fun smoky drinks as well!

Big disappointment when I arrived with out of town guests for a scheduled cocktail class only to find out that the employee had no knowledge that a class was scheduled. Turns out the process on the website for scheduling a class is totally broken which resulted in us traveling over for the class only to find out the confirmation I received was not for a class rather was for something else entirely. Very disappointed.

We started at Vons for Happy Hour from 4-6, where the waiter actually gave us free tasting flight coupons for Noethwest Spirits. So after Happy hour we headed over here and found out their happy hour started at 6pm!We came on a Thursday so we also found out it was trivia night so we stayed a bit longer and enjoyed extra cocktails!Some of the cocktails are too sweet for us. We should have asked but we also just like trying things so, cest la vie.Earhart and Negroni sour were perfect though, not too sweet.The vodka is super smooth and lovely (doesn't have an intense burning). For the price it's great! The gin had some citrus to it so a little different but also good. The regular bourbon was ok but that's because it's a tasting and you're getting the Savor Spear Bourbon after which in our opinion was just so much better (smoother, more depth in flavor, creamier).
