My favorite Panera location. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Everything is fresh, bagels are amazing
We ordered pick up for dinner they forgot to give a whole order of you pick 2 that was for my husband. We were coming back from some where we had no food at home horrible experience. Can’t you guys even double check if you have given all the food we ordered. Never coming back here again
The food here is really what you make it, lots of modifications available. I ordered delivery and so I can’t comment on the atmosphere, but the service was great. They were out of a topping I requested and gave me a cookie and sweet note to say sorry. I honestly didn’t even notice it was missing. Very nice touch! Thanks guys :)
Missing core ingredients (chicken on a chicken sandwich).
Food was good as usual. The issue was how cold the restaurant was. My mom was miserable the whole time we ate our lunch.
I am part of the sips club, and I come In frequently for drinks. Everyone is so nice here, and the service is impeccable!
They are always running out of coffee! The customer service is not exist there! Commune guys learn from close by Starbucks
Today I ordered a breakfast sandwhich without bread to accommodate some dietary restrictions and they offered to make it as a bowl adding some additional vegetables and an extra egg white to compensate for the lack of bagel. This is top notch customer service. Very pleased and strongly recommend.
Ordered a coffee at the kiosk. Dark roast was out. Lady said she would make more. Waited for 15min. She never made the coffee.

Updating my review after 2 years. Keeping it at a 1 star. There is 0 chance this Panera doesn't screw your order up. Every time
If you're looking for a place that offers curbside pickup but doesn't actually perform it, takes 20 minutes longer than expected to make your order every single time, and finally gives you the incorrect order. Look no further.
Today I went to Panera to eat a chicken sandwich with a gift card I received. When I got my sandwich the chicken inside was frozen and it was very disappointing
Yummiest, broccoli cheddar soup with the amazing French baguette bread! You can't go wrong!
