Pho 175 Woodinville

Visited on a Sunday afternoon in December with 2 friends. We had steak pho and veggie pho. The broth in both were very flavorful. I was impressed with the amount of veggies and tofu in the vegetable pho. Service was quick.

Loved this place, used to order here all the time and I’ve seen them raise prices as time passed, but I was OK with that. Inflation, I get it.

What I am not OK with is that you guys raised prices and lost quality at the same time.

I ordered a takeout pho, and got three small slices of beef. What exactly am I paying $16 for?

I ordered takeout on 11/22 (order 8) for 2 veggie pho. The order was packed in a single plastic bag, while taking it home the pho leaked onto my seats due one of the lids being loose and the plastic letting it drip. I called them up to explain and reorder but I was surprised with the response. I was coldly told that next time please get your own utensils and plastic bags if you dont want this to happen again. This is extremely rude, unprofessional and lacking basic customer service. I will make sure to spread the word about how customers are treated here & not order from this place again.

We order two large size pho, and here is the noodle coming out of the two bowls. The waitress insisted these two portions are the same. And never acknowledged they are different. I don’t know how she could say they are the same portion. First time here and last time as well.

Reply to the owner: we have 2 adults and 2 kids, so the reason you don’t provide the same portion of noodle for two large bowl of pho is because we have four people and only ordered 2 bowls of noodles? If that’s the case, please say that on your menu instead of putting different portion of noodle to the two orders. We ordered the extra noodle because your staff keeps claiming they are the same portion and refuse to admit they are different. If that’s how you are treating your customers, then go for it. It’s not a place I would want to go again and to caution other people to pay extra attention on how you play with the portion just because we didn’t order FOUR BOWLS OF NOODLES because we brought our kids to the restaurant. Speechless about you reasoning.

Took the first sip of broth here and was in love. Honestly so flavorful and good. I think I just found my new favorite pho spot.

First experience, pho broth was flavorless, meat was almost non existent and low quality. Vietnamese coffee was microwaved to reheat pre-mixed coffee. Service was bad.

Gave it a second chance. Second experience was the same. Those with me thought the same. No flavor in the broth, meat low quality and skimpy. Didn't order coffee this time because I confirmed it was pre made and reheated. No interest in a third time.

Edit: it has been 8 years since I wrote this review (it is now 10/10/24). Just wanted to say that I continue to be impressed by pho 175 and it is one of the few restaurants I frequent because of its consistent quality. I have tried many other pho places in the area and probably the only place that comes close to the quality here is pho Bothell. I bring all my friends and visters to pho 175 because of I love it so much. If you are a lover of pho I can assure you, without a doubt, that this place is THE best in the area. Not only is the food great but the restaurant is always clean, welcoming, and the staff are always wonderful. You won't regret it!!!!!!

Super quick delivery to the table of our food after ordering. Yummy vegetarian/tofu and steak pho. Even with the small size, we'll enjoy leftovers! Free parking in lot. Friendly service.

Great place to have pho. It has a cozy atmosphere, welcoming staff, and amazing food. I highly recommend pho tai and the grilled pork chop rice dish.

I would only suggest the bathrooms offer paper towels apart from blow dryers.

I used to love this place. I’ve been going here for over five years. But today I had a bad experience (06/30/24). I ordered over the phone my usual order. NO PEANUTS!!! And the v1 pork came with peanuts sprinkled all over the top, the fresh rolls came with peanut sauce even though I asked for fish sauce instead. The bahn mi had peanuts. I called them and they said that they were sorry and could remake the order but I had to pay again. I’m very disappointed and upset and I will not be returning.
