QDOBA Mexican Eats

⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 5 stars!! I'm not sure why this store only has 3.8 stars?? This place is amazing! Their staff works so hard, they are so friendly and they do their job ** well, with pride, are super professional, patient, and very fast.** The food is ALWAYS high quality. The workers - specifically who was working at the Woodinville Qdoba on August 31st 2025 (this evening) there was a young man working up front taking orders/cashier/making the food and a woman in the back. The Young man went over and beyond, he was extremely courteous, and he is a very hard worker. Alot of times in today's day and age, I feel like jobs like fast food are way overlooked. Our society has gotten so complacent and takes good service for granted. Many times I feel like food service staff - At any restaurant or food establishment whether it's sit down take out fast food or a Mexican place like Qdoba - alot of food workers only give good service if they know they're going to get a big tip. That's what showed me tonight how valuable of a skill that young man exhibited tonight - communication, working hard, doing the right thing when no one is watching (integrity) even just having an extra conversation with a customer and asking how they're doing. Or being proactive and cleaning things, trying to make the experience better for the customers whether that's cleaning tables or whatever. Thank you to that young man and woman who was working in the back. I eat at Taco del Mar and Chipotle a lot, but I definitely am sticking with Qdoba in Woodinville from now on! Thank you 👍🏼😎 highly recommend 🙏🏼

I seriously can't say enough great things about Jessie and David at QDOBA. Every time I walk in, they greet me with the friendliest smiles and positive energy that instantly makes my day better. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect—not just the food (which is always awesome), but the whole experience.
Jessie is super upbeat and genuinely kind, making everyone feel welcome like family. David is just as amazing—always helpful, quick with a great recommendation, and keeps everything running smoothly. Together, they’re a powerhouse team that brings the good vibes and top-tier service every single time.
QDOBA is lucky to have them, and honestly, so are the customers. If you're stopping by and Jessie and David are working, you're in for a great time. Absolute legends. 🙌🌯🔥

Terrible service. Love qdoba. I frequent lynnwood all the time and they deliver great food and efficient service… however this Woodinville location is very poorly managed. Beans are under cooked, shrimp wasn’t finished… I won’t be back to this location.

Had a good experience here. The staff were friendly and the food was good. Good portions. The only complaint I have is the shrimp was dry, probably because it had been sitting a while. Also there were only 5 pieces left and I thought they’d make more but that’s all I got. The meat was also a bit dry, again probably because it’d been strong awhile. Otherwise flavors were good.

The employees were so friendly and welcoming we bought more food and definitely will bring our friends with us. Bravo!

Great food & service!

Cold food. Health department should check their temperatures and way over priced for what you get. I paid $22 including tip for a “double protein” bowl, which by the way does not double the quantity of meat, you just pay $3.50 more for a different meat.

The taste is not good. The customer service is terrible.

I go in, I was first in line, the workers tells me that the boss is visiting, so I had to stand for 5 minutes with no one in front of me while she cleaned getting ready for the big boss. I then asked for extra rice on my bowl and she barely gave me an extra half a scoop, they were out of Cholula chicken, so she sighed as I asked. Then she left my order after putting the protein and had me waiting an extra 5 minutes for another employee.

I left with a half filled bowl and the lid wasn’t even fully closed, so now I had bean juice stain on my white pants.

Save yourself hassle and go to chipotle, where you’ll get fast service

Ordered online for 11:00 am pick up. Didn't get food until 11:20 am, asked if i can get chips or something for complimentary service but manager's response was they are not robot and there is something they can't control. Store was near empty and ordered online for 11:00 am pick up and they can't control the timing for that, and giving apology without showing she is sorry would show just one customer doesn't matter for them. She offered soda since they have to keep inventory of the chips.
