We watched a movie and decided to get some food at Red Robin afterwords. We entered and we're seated promptly. We ordered 2 burgers and a avocob salad. Our food came out fairly quickly, my wife was going to eat her salad and noticed that the avocados were brown. We showed the waiter who took the avocado back and was initially going to bring back just a avocado at which point my wife was dubious about the whole thing. Another salad was ordered, no offer to comp that salad, by the time the salad came out, which to be fair wasn't long but the rest of us were done eating. My burger and onion rings when they came out were luke warm. We are trying to give them credit and not be a "Karen" about the situation, Bill comes out they have charged us for 2 salads and they have a entertainment charge for $2.99. what entertainment the TV, or the table kiosk. We get the waiter and have him remove the extra charge. Side note there was another person with us who had his own tab, he ordered mushrooms on his burger and got 3. Not very impressed about this outting. I would say drive up the street and go to Tipsy Cow and get a proper burger and service.

This was my first time going to this location and I am surprised with how much I enjoyed my time here. The food came quick, the restaurant was clean, and the food and drink were better than expected. I experienced some of the best customer service I have ever had! My server Dion was so kind and such a joy to speak to. He always seemed to keep one eye on our table, making sure we were attended to as quickly as he could. I wouldn't mind coming back to this location just to experience this great customer service again.

Fast service at the bar. LI iced tea was really weak, surprised if there was an ounce of combined liquors in it (vodka, gin, rum, tequila, triple sec). Pretty hard to pour five liquors and be that stingy, actually. I will admit that it was cheap as far as cocktails go these days, but I'd rather pay double and get a reasonable drink (Cutwater style). (And buying two would just add loads of sugary extras that I didn't want).
Garlic fries were really very good (almost steak fries in size, wonderful flavor) but the portion was shockingly small. Probably not even 25 fries in a little basket. It was like a really good trailer for the actual appetizer.

I was denied seating in the bar because I did not have an American passport to prove I was over 21. Red Robin Woodinville does not want tourists.

It's not a bad place as a bi-monthly enjoyment for the kids. It's just a little pricier than fast food, but it makes the kids happy.
One change, the curbside side pickup spots are about 3/4 the size of regular spots. These should be made into 3 parallel spots. Not only would it make it easier for customers, but it would also be safer for employees not to stand in between cars.

I’m pregnant and have been craving Red Robin all day. I ordered fries, sauce, and the chocolate covered pretzel milkshake. It’s about a 20 min drive and I sent my boyfriend to pick it up. When he got home, there was no sauce at all even though he paid extra for it and the cup with my milkshake was literally half empty with no chocolate covered pretzels on top either. I tried calling to at least get my fries remade and the sauce we paid for since obviously they’ve been cold long enough now, but the lady on the phone said we need to pay again. I can somewhat understand especially working in food service before, but I think that’s just terrible service especially with a half empty milkshake cup, and no sauce we had to pay extra for.

The food was ok. Had bottomless fries and drinks but only got one refill right as we were about to leave. We had been there for 45 minutes already.

This Red Robin seems kind of old on the inside and needs a lot of tlc. It didn't appear to be very clean either. Our food was not correct and so part of it got sent back. We were a group of six and they gave us the incorrect meal for free but it would have been nice to be able to eat together. The Red Robin in Canyon Park is clean on the inside and we've never had any issue with our order.

My kids love visiting this restaurant. The location is very kid friendly, the service is prompt and the food is enjoyable. I would definitely recommend a visit.
Food was good. Fries were scarce since there was a big party sat ahead of us. Tyler, our waiter, was attentive and great.

The management is horrible. We wait for 30 minutes to be seated but literally there are so many open tables. And they seat another couple before us even we come first.
