Pretty good, their produce selection is a little lacking (they currently do not seem to stock shallots). Decent sales. Can usually get through checkout lines pretty fast. There is a decent amount of meat selection and it seems to be high quality.

I shop here multiple times a week, great store.

No longer a bad thing to say about this Safeway. Since the incident about 4-5 months ago I have periodically stopped in on my way home from work and what was happening before is not happening anymore. Seems as though the store manager stayed true to his word. Very commendable. Additionally, this Safeway is always clean, stocked, and parking is always available despite how busy they usually are. Would highly recommend.

Wow Safeway really seems like it's really going downhill at this location.
Self check is full so I get in line at a checkstand. Starts off the lady in front of me seems like she getting pressured to make a round up donation which is BS . My turn I ask for paper bags, I get a big Wow from the checker, so I ask if there's a problem with that, he mumbles and eventually says they rip easier. Then go to customer service to get a tabbacco product, get ignored finally after yelling, the guy says I'll help you after I run the carts around the side of the building.

I think safeway forgot or doesn't care about the customer experience anymore. You can self check or deal with employees that come up short. I've had 2 experiences at safeway in the last month where I left pissed off.

I came in first thing this morning at 5 AM and one of my digital coupons didn’t work. I walked back inside where I saw Kat, Busy working. Not only was she friendly, Kat hurried up what she was doing and walked me right over to the return desk to fix my issue even having time to name the song on the radio I was enjoying. Many times employees get frustrated when coupons don’t work correctly. It was nice that she didn’t. and even started off my day on a good note. it was a good example of how we all can just put a little effort into being nice to the next person And starting Their day On a positive note.

4 times for a zero costing prescription. Refund in cash. Deli cannot transact. Go to main check out. Scanner cannot read. Probably 2 hours of my time blown on 4 trips. Very poor dysfunctional service. Good thing no one cares.

Just checked out of this safe way. The gentalman working the deli was super helpful and was closing up and very kind and said he just got back to working. Then pam was working the checkout lane was super sweet and really made my day after a long work day. Thank you.

It's the cleanest Safeway in the neighborhood. It is constantly restocked and I find it very well organized. I am comparing it to stores in Redmond and Bellevue.
