Worst starbucks ever i have been too waited 20 minutes for just a single coffee

I ordered a caramel machiato. This is how my drink was handed to me. Keeping things clean is standard for food preparation.

Being back the other Woodinville Starbucks. This one sucks. They always get drink orders wrong and the wait times are awful.

Very slow! I ordered a hot drink and it took 13 minutes waiting, 5 baristas working. When I got in line to order there was just two people ahead of me. I'm never waited that long for a drink? The barista did apologize when she gave me my drink for the long wait. I'm not sure what happened?

This is the 2nd time I had bad experience with this location. First time drive by and ordered Pecan oatmeal latte, they forgot to put the syrup. Today I ordered Venti through uber eats, I only received 1/4 of the cup. (The delivery bag was sealed) Disappointed!
The store says I need to contact uber. It Has Nothing to do with Uber!! The bag was sealed! Uber driver did not spill or drink. Starbucks is totally clueless.

Slow even though I pre-ordered with the app. White chocolate mocha tasted burned. Frappachino choices limited without me building my own, definitely an inconvenience at 4:30am. Plus, you're unable to use the last of a gift card balance when using the app. You must go in to split with an additional payment. As usual, extremely overpriced for mediocre coffee. I normally wouldn't go here but I had a gift card to use up.

I don't tip to get stuff To Go. Make the $5 coffee and get on with it. I'm not your friend. In the morning most people want you to leave them alone until they've had their coffee. So, shut it!

This particular Starbucks only fills the already short cortado 3/4 full. Last time it was even less. I showed the gal at the window that it was too light and she argued that it was industry standard and her boss says so too. So I will not come to this one anymore if they cannot fill the cup for what I am paying so much for.
