Subway Restaurants - Downtown Woodinville

As the other reviewers said the older lady is super rude. When I came in she was sitting at one of the tables and had her feet sitting on the seat. Shoes off. Then she put on her shoes and came to make my order😯She also claimed we could only order basic sandwiches with coupon and it’s decided by the owner, even if the coupon says only several sandwiches are excluded. And she was rude all the time. Will never came back to this branch anymore.

Every time I go here, I'm always welcomed in with a smile. There are a lot of negative reviews here, but I've never had any issues. The workers are polite, clean, and quick to make the sandwich.

There was 2 lady’s that helped me with my kids sandwiches she was being so rude that one lady came in started smiling at her and she was so mean to us that she screamed at my son and the Hispanic lady was o nice to us

Only eat here in a pinch since Jersey mikes is across the street. Ordered online and for my order to be toasted and extra tomatoes and only received one tomato total and my sub was also untoasted. Will got to jersey mikes across the way next time when I’m in the mood for a sub.

Luis is so great!!! He is always smiley, polite & so nice!!!, Best customer service!!!, Besides, he always has the store so clean!!!, Oh I don’t know how he makes it but his subways taste better than the other stores!

Luis is one of the best Subway employees I have seen taking care of customers! Friendly and fast at his job and makes the best sandwiches. He is an A+ employee!

The lady that made my sandwich was rude and distasteful. She made it incorrectly and had an attitude when I asked her to remaking it. When she finally decided to make my sandwich she started to remove toppings off the sandwich and tried to reuse the bread ( the bread was wrong too and had unwanted mayo). After all of this, she remakes the wrong sandwich and had to get a different employee to tell her she was wrong. I will never come to this store again and if I could I would’ve left a zero stars on this location

Close by my work but won’t go there anymore.

Rude employee told me to go away beacause they are not open. It was 9:30 am. on July 9th 2024. She was a Mexican woman. I have had multiple bad experiences here. I wont be back

Food was great but service was not good. Lady seemed bothered while doing my mother's order. I wanted to order more but as soon as she started making her sandwich she seemed annoyed. It was an Hispanic lady,(assuming since she started speaking to my mother in Spanish to take her order) I understand people sometimes aren't having a good day, but don't take it out on your customers. I just didn't feel comfortable and surprised about the customer service. As before a nice Hispanic gentle man used to work there and would do everything to make your experience there the best no matter what.

My husbands review:I have been to the downtown location multiple times over the last few months around lunch and the lady is extremely rude. I ask for a little lettuce, she puts a whole head, I ask for a few pickles, she puts an entire jar, I ask for mayo, she puts a line, I ask for a tiny bit more, she put the entire bottle, I ask for 1 line of mustard, she puts 3. Most of the time I can’t eat the sandwich, my coworker likes going there but I avoid it now mainly because of her attitude. If she hates her jobs so much, perhaps she should find something not in customer service.

We ordered last night at 9:05 pm via the app. Google and the app both said they were open until 10:00 pm. Got there at 9:15 pm and lights were off and no one was home. Our account was charged. Tried calling this morning and got no answer. It’s not easy to figure out how to get a refund or why they weren’t open yet the app let us place an order.Update: thank you to the store for responding. Unfortunately I do not know how to give my card number safely. But the amount was $16.94. Order number was 24968DCD-E9.

It's Subway, I mostly came in to try the new pretzel. Nice and warm and very chewy. The counter guy was awesome though, very friendly even though I pulled him off of break to help me.Ed

Parking: Their lot could get nasty if too many people are there, but if not it is just oddly shaped.
