Love this place for when I want to go somewhere where every employee had no sense of speedy customer service or moving at more then a snails pace. Always takes 3/4 of my lunch break to get some food and very good though. Needs better management. Always someone standing around and the cash register lady Always seems like it's her first time using it.

I didn't like the tater tots that I received they were already cold and I went to the bathroom immediately after paying for my food, I was gone for no longer than 3 or 4 minutes, in that time they had brought them out to my table and they were already cold, I let the manager Anja know about the situation and Anja refused to give me a refund or even just simply replace them. I've been to taco times all over the state and never been treated like such garbage.

For a quick service restaurant they are top notch. Clean seats and tables and clean dining area. Fresh food and mostly accurate. I enjoyed my meal here. Kids meal was wrong but they corrected it quickly enough.. I'd give more stars if they hadn't made this mistake a few times already.

I totally understand when fast food places make basic mistakes with your order and that never happens here which blew me away. I started to customize my orders through the app, adding toppings, taking things off customizing my burrito to be chicken and pinto bean. You get the idea. Still no issues. Tonight I asked for 2 sauces to go with my tots in the app and thought there was zero chance they paid attention to that and was proven wrong again. Love this shop, they do it right all the time. Foods always perfect.
