They tip themselves and don't let you choose. I closed my tab and they didn't give me the option to tip until I told them I was overcharged. The response I got was "we just take the tip ourselves because we're too busy."

I've been here at least 15 times over the years and reminded tonight as to why I haven't in almost a year. Generally speaking their staff is entitled, rude, and lack discipline in hospitality. Just a terrible precedent set by ownership and it has shown over the years. They don't care about you. Over the years I've gotten the sense of this and staff will talk back or be rude as staff clearly lacks any soft skills or gratitude.
A waiter, who is supposedly management (5'4", white, male, long hair,), accused my female friend of being passive aggressive when she was being genuine about getting out his way and NOT trying to be mean. A clear example as to how you should give EVERY paying customer the benefit of the doubt and be, at least, more kind, let it go, and move on with your job. Not everyone is out to "get you". You are, after all, being paid because of paying patrons and not because your entitled napoleon complex self feels he needs to overcompensate because he needs to be heard -- a weak man's emotional trait.
To whoever owns this establishment I doubt my review is recognized looking at the many negative reviews this establishment has received but from someone who has been coming here since your opening DO EFFING BETTER with setting better precedent in hospitality!!!! I clearly will not be back and I hope another restaurant opens next to you and takes your weaknesses and makes them into strengths. Good riddance!

This is hands down the worst service I have encountered at a restaurant. All the burgers we ordered tasted bad and they refused to address it, this is a sample.

The worst service that we have ever seen. The staff did not have the courtesy to even listen to our questions and would walk right off while you are talking. We were hoping that atleast the food would be worth it but the sandwiches that we ordered had burnt buns. Worst way to spend money. This would definitely be the last time we are dining there. We tried raising it with the management and we were just brushed off. Super disappointed!!!

I'll start with saying this place gives off a cool vibe and the staff was friendly and I was initially very excited to try it out. My experience beyond that was frankly a disappointment. I can appreciate louder music in a pub style setting like this, but not to the level where I'm losing my voice speaking to my table mates. While that can be easily forgiven, the quality and timeliness of the food can't.
I'll concede that I ordered the mixed smoked meat plate, which is likely time-consuming to prepare and on a busy night. After the hour I waited for it to reach the table, the only saving grace on that plate was the sausage, which was delicious. Everything else, the chicken, pulled pork, beef brisket, and ribs were just plain awful. Everything was overcooked and entirely dry. The cole slaw was fairly flavorless and the fries weren't hot. The drinks tasted like they hardly contained liquor. My date ordered a brisket sandwich and was disappointed as well with the dryness and lack of flavor.
All in all, I'd say I'd be willing to give them another try, but not at that price. Two drinks, the meat plate, and a brisket sandwich set me back over $100 after the tip, which is completely unjustifiable for the quality. The somewhat petty/snarky replies to negative reviews here are also pretty offputting.

This is a bar first and foremost. I think it’s wild they allow kids in this place - this is a place I want to get my drink on, not enjoy a nice meal and watch the game with my kid.
The spot has great vibes but it’s also super loud and loose.
The food was hit and miss. The smoky artichoke dip was fabulous, definitely more smoke and cream forward, but I’m for it. Steak wasn’t anything to write home about - a little under seasoned; you should come for the smoked meats. The smoked chicken was great. Mac and cheese was even better.

I've lived a mile away for over 20 years and driven by thousands of times. How have I never come?! Fun and casual atmosphere with tons of good food options. I had the Alabama Smoked Chicken with white sauce. Really tasty. Will be back soon.
