Typically I like there pizza, always hot and tasty. How ever, I’m not sure who to blame but I took a chance on door dash to pickup and bring me my pizza, I even tipped nicely because I was hangry. In the end, I never received my pizza from door dash. I called zeeks pizza, no manager was available but the person who answered said that would get back to me. So I am out $60 bucks for pizza and ended up making me something for dinner for the family.

Life can be challenging at times, playing phone tag I decided not to try to get this correct. It’s not a hardship, just frustrating, my time is worth more than adding additional stress over this issue. Because of this, I will no longer use door dash or eat at zeeks pizza.

To add to this, I decide to go in person, I walked into the pizza place and rang a bell as instructed by a note. I rang it several times, the employee looked at me and continued to talk to whomever was behind a pillar and not even acknowledge me, I wait 20 minutes, perhaps she didn’t see me, so I continue to ring the bell and eventually left.

Ordered delivery and received burnt pizzas, notified management and said I would get refunded. Took a full week to get refunded but only compensated for one pizza and did not refund any of delivery fee. Would never order from here again.

Service was barely there. Does wait staff not check on their customers anymore after bringing food? No beverage refills, food satisfaction checks. Just order and pay your bill.
And saying "you're welcome" is some old fashioned good manners.
$120 for 2 pizzas and 4 sodas is ridiculous.

I stopped at Zeeks in Bothell to get a pizza to go,it was really good pizza the crust was soft and crisp which is to me the best,I have also got pizza from the downtown Woodinville shop and it was also excellent although parking for a takeout order was rough. Still the one block walk back to my car was worth it once I tasted the first slice, great place for pizza ? ?

Love the location with a great community vibe. Restaurant side seems a little dark but do love the barside with great natural light. Service is hit and miss especially when having an issue with a take out order. More than half the orders seems there is always something wrong. Pizza is very inconsistent. When they take to time to ensure the dough is fresh and the toppings are correct in correct amounts is really great pizza. However more times than should be you will get a pizza with old dough that flat and dense since it doesn't rise properly during cooking. They often don't rotate the pizza in the oven so one side is over cooked and the other is under cooked. Often they puts less cheese than they should and the sauce which is great over powers and the balance of flavor is off. Just be aware when you order you are rolling the dice on either a great pizza experience or a poor one.

Walked up to order for take out. Only took about 15 minutes to get our order. Front of house person was nice. Pizza was good, but lacking on red sauce. However this was THIRTY DOLLARS for a single medium pizza. That's wild.

We were giving a nice large table for our family dinner. We enjoyed the chop salad, farmers, yeti and the loaded pizzas. We saved room for the brownie and the cookie desserts.

Good staff and great location, however food suffers. Ordered veggie pizza (tree hugger) and classic cheese. Both pizzas were not sliced well, so struggled to take pizza slices out. Tree hugger haf so much veggies and because not sliced well, the slices were breaking and veggies were dropping. It didn’t taste all great, either. We were a bit disappointed, so not going back. Staff is great, so thanks to them.

For a Friday night it was dead...food was just ok..pizza could have been cooked a bit longer soggy crust..and they were out of chicken wings..and our server was pretty out of it as well...

We live 1 mile from the restaurant, the delivery driver took 35 minutes to deliver our food, it arrived cold and one of the pizzas was made incorrect. After multiple calls they only offered to comp one pizza. We paid $5 for delivery+ $8 in tip for cold wrong pizza plus the cost of other pizza. We will not go back.
