First-time visitor. Cashier was friendly and helpful. The sandwich was hot and fresh, but honestly didn't really have any flavor. In fact, there was kind of a little bit of a weird aftertaste, but I'm not sure what it was. I've had better hamburgers, I've also had worse.

McDonald's is better. Service is okay, but why would I tip 25% if I'm standing when ordering. They do keep the restaurant and bathrooms really clean.
Food is good. Service is good. Just prices for a burger with fries and a milkshake and a generic regular Burger came to $35.. and then the machine at the drive-thru tried to do a 25% tip. Why is there tipping in a drive-thru? And why do two burgers one fry and a milkshake cost 35 bucks?

Had a major issue with an order. Cali was a rockstar and a shining example of how you manage. I was very taken back and deeply impressed with her hospitality and her swift response while also being very busy. I will go out of my way to return to this Burgerville.

Old nasty fries, black chunk of who knows what in my sprite floating at the top, and a hair in my cheeseburger. Disgusting.
