It is a shame that this place is not busier inside! The decor reminds you of the diner in the movie Grease. They have these really cool bar style seating along one window, but being along the window means the sun was pouring in, so it was too hot to sit there.The staff was friendly and helpful! The cashier had a sense of humor and the lady on the floor made sure to check to see if we had everything we needed.The french fries were really good, and so were the hamburgers. My son wasn't a big fan of the Cajun waffle style fries. He felt like they weren't very spicy, and they also just seemed to have a lot of loose spice piled on top, making them extremely messy.The grandbaby was a big fan of his meal and ate the entire thing, even though it was a generous size.I got the no.6 burger, which tasted really good, but it was messy! I can't imagine eating that or the cajun fries in the car, so it's definitely something to order if you are dining in.Though we didn't get them this time, I love that they have plant-based options.It was a tad chilly outside, but it is nice that they have outdoor seating for better weather.

Old oil? Chicken strips had weird consistency. Fries weren't very good either. Overall, it didn't taste very good. Normally, we all love Burgerville, so that is the 2 stars, and usually, this chain goes for our family, perhaps just not this location. Sorry.

I love Burgerville! Whenever I am in the NW portland/Salem area, I look for them; you should too! Canjun waffle fries, Tillamook Cheddar, and the best burgers!
Everyone enjoyed the food. Service was quick and good. It was a good way to end the night as opposed to having to make my own meal and then clean up my own mess.Dietary restrictions: They have a milkshake that is non-dairy that is absolutely outstanding. It's called the Bliss Shake.
Burgers were tasteless and thrown together. Also dry (no mayo or other condiments). Fries were overcooked , unsalted and limp. Appalled to pay $26 for two people at a fast food place. Burger King has far superior quality and many dollars less . Second mediocre burgerville we've eaten at and it's the last!
