After going through the drive through and received our food the girl forgot to flip our blizzards upside. I said “ hey we get a free blizzard, you forgot to flip it” 😜 she laughed and said yes I did. We were told to pull forward and wait for our food. When the girl brought out our food she was very rude and told us “ for your information we don’t have to flip certain blizzard flavors so you don’t get a free blizzard”. I called and talked to the manager and she said we were not allowed to speak to the owner. The blizzard is not the issue, but the rude behavior was. We will no longer eat at the woodland Dairy Queen.
Friendly staff and the food was yummy. Nice quick stop on our road trip. Loved the local mascots lights and vintage DQ toys!

No one should have to stand at an empty cash register for five minutes while multiple employees walk by taking care of drive thru orders, not addressing you whatsoever. I know it’s mostly a bunch of high schoolers working, but the manager needs to do a better job of teaching employees how to at the very least address waiting customers and let them know they’ll be with them as soon as possible.

Third time in a row they didn't give me the correct order. Twice haven't given me my drink. Once gave me the food that the person ahead of me ordered. As long as the only thing you order is a Blizzard and they hand it to you through the window, you're probably good though.
