Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We have been waiting in the drive through for a 4 piece chicken tender meal for 40 minutes now. We have already paid otherwise I would have left already! Terrible service from the kids who act like they don’t want to even be there.

And they gave our food to the WRONG CAR. So now we have to wait longer

They have GOT to figure out the drive-thru debacle. They have everyone pull forward but without organization. The young girl gave our order to another car, who proceeded to go through our bag (we could see it from where we sat) and handed it back to the server. She then went to the car behind and asked if it was their order and then finally proceeded to our car to give us the sorted through bag. If you have your food handlers card, you’ll know you’re not allowed to give that food that has been placed into another vehicle and looked through to someone else. Plain and simple.
When this was brought up, she said “they just looked,” and I informed her that we were able to see from where we sat that that was not the case.
We were already outside for 12 mins waiting on an order of two pretzels. Twelve minutes for an order of two pretzels is insane. Do better. Be a “fast food drive thru.”

The whole point of having a drive thru is so we don’t have to wait for our food. The staff were so far behind I had to pull up and wait for ten minutes after paying. If you can’t properly staff your restaurant, close the drive thru and we’ll come in to order and eat. Don’t waste our time.

Dairy Queens take me back to my youth. Their food was a step above normal fast food. They only had 1 person working counter she NEVER stopped!!! She taking orders, making drinks getting orders ready. If she quits this DQ will be in real trouble!!!

Worst dairy Queen here, this is my second time here and management said they would help a wonderful visit next time and this is the last time I will ever come back here. Fries were cold Burger was cold just like my blizzard it was the only thing that tasted good plus she spilled some of the blizzard on the table when she flipped it upside down.

The manager Natasha was extremely rude and messed up my order when I returned she would not fix my order or refund even the portion of the missing items told me to leave immediately without any help I will be calling corporate to further this matter

Ordered several items. Shakes didnt come with whipped cream when it was requested. And the 6 piece tenders we paid for was not complete, only being a 3 piece. It is not convenient or reasonable to make the drive back up to the store to complain so we are frustrated on what to do about the situation

Told us to pull forward in the drive thru and then completely forgot about us. Had to go in and our food was just sitting there. Didn’t even seem like they cared at all

I’ve been twice and it’s the worst customer service form these entitled little brats that work there. There will be nobody in line and it takes 20 minutes. Then they will ask you to pull up do you don’t run up the drive thru time And then fhey will be super rude about it. I never write reviews but this place needs better management.

Horribly slow and bad customer service. The manager could care less. Don't bother ordering online, you will still wait 20 minutes as they skip your order and make everyone that order in person after you first. Had multiple bad experience at this place. Never an apology.

This place is terrible came here after friving through Portland thinking of giving myself a break but waited in line for 15 minutes while the people working didn't take a single order so I left and went back to driving and I will not give this place another try and to the owner you should hire staff that can take orders and do their job DO NOT GO HERE.

I used to work here so I can personally say it's a great location, clean with friendly staff and good food. A great place to take your kids for a cold treat!
