Mali Thai is one of my favorite Thai food restaurants. It’s not just good for a small town, it’s good compared to any other good Thai restaurant in the area of Vancouver or Portland. Went inside with my friend. We havent found a thai restaurant we like yet. The place is cute and clean. Friendly staff. All the food we ordered was good. We both liked the food here.
I used to really love this place, but the last three times we’ve ordered, it has been SO spicy, it’s not enjoyable… the Pineapple Fried Rice and Pad Thai specifically, my kids won’t touch it and it’s even too much for my husband. We ordered it straight off the menu, didn’t ask to kick it up a notch or anything. I can’t remember their system, star levels 1-3 for spiciness maybe?
