STAY AWAY!!!!! Went through the drive thru and tried to order. Got yelled at and told to order faster. Then when I tired to order the lady cut me off and told me she couldn’t hear me. So I spoke up and then she proceeded to yell at me that I need to speak up more or pretty much get lost. Ended up just driving away and almost crying with how rude this woman was. I have never had an experience like that ANYWHERE. I have also worked in customer service for 10+ years and ALWAYS over the top respectful because you never know what someone is going through. So for her to yell at me for no apparent reason is uncalled for and disgusting. I hope they maybe do some retraining, take some customer service classes and learn how to be respectful and kind to people. Worse customer service EVER.

Food only got a two because I got sick after eating a fish sandwich. Every one else's was fine,minus the no lettuce requests that weren't as asked for and led to a child meltdown.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes is wide enough for WC I used my walker it was even good in the restrooms. My only complaint was the mandatory kiosk ordering, I want to make changes in a timely manner and I don't use them. Just my opinion but they suck,still want a live employee thanks.

It's great if your in a hurry or just don't want to cook..Kid-friendliness: Always kid friendly. But.if they would put a play area for kids, business would improve I'm sure.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
In 10 years' time, one would think this location would get something right. MULTIPLE problems with today's order - to the point that it feels like they need to make money by NOT including sandwiches or fries. I am so tired of funding this franchise by paying for food I never receive.

One of the best McDonald's I've been to. Good staff,service, and clean.
It's Sunday Jan 28th at 7:30am and just left this McDonald's and was treated terribly. A simple question about the McDonald's App was treated with disdain and ignorance. The Overweight Employee (Sorry I didn't get her name) literally walked away when asked a simple question. She said she knew nothing about the McDonald's App. Luckily for me another Customer who overheard the conversation came over to help. Another Employee named Anita came over to take my order and informed me the app is from a third party. It's a McDonald app and the employees aren't train to help a customer? This is my first negative review and I have wrote many. The young man who gave me my order seemed fine. Very disappointed in Customer Service I would recommend some training in how to treat their customers. SMH
