It was our first time trying Pizza Factory. We ordered the lasagna and chicken Alfredo to be delivered. Unfortunately, the lasagna tasted like it had been reheated from frozen—it was ice cold in the center, which was really disappointing. The garlic bread was the only highlight of the meal. Based on this experience, we won’t be returning.
I used to live in Bonners Ferry Idaho, there’s a pizza factory there. I moved to Portland in 2014, they had a pizza factory in PDX for a few months then it went under. So I was upset, very upset! I used to eat Pizza Factory WEEKLY in Idaho. So when I was told there’s one in Woodland, I had to go! Not much hasn’t changed about it in the years I missed out. The sauce is slightly different but still delicious! Only downfall was the amount of grease, it was dripping to the point...read full review

Pizza Factory is a popular family-oriented restaurant that serves good pizza and a fresh salad bar. The restaurant offers a variety of options including pizzas, salads, and drinks. Their pizzas are made with a good crust that is crispy and light, just enough sauce, and plenty of pepperoni. The salad bar has recently improved, providing clean and fresh options. The price is very fair, with a lunch buffet that includes pizza, salad, and a refillable drink, and they honor military and senior discounts. Kids under 10 eat free. The pizza sauce is still delicious, though sometimes greasy, which can cause the pizza to flop over and toppings to fall off. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly, often going out of their way to accommodate customers, such as making specific pizzas upon request. However, service can be slow at times, and some customers have noted issues with the tipping process, especially when self-service is involved. Overall, the food and drinks are consistently good, making it a restaurant that many enjoy returning to for its value and family-friendly environment. The dining room is clean, although the restrooms may need a little attention.
