It was our first time trying Pizza Factory. We ordered the lasagna and chicken Alfredo to be delivered. Unfortunately, the lasagna tasted like it had been reheated from frozen—it was ice cold in the center, which was really disappointing. The garlic bread was the only highlight of the meal. Based on this experience, we won’t be returning.
My dad really wanted to try the pizza buffet mentioned when I asked about available ones in our area so off we went to the Pizza Factory in Woodland with hopes high!
First off, the customer service is lacking. They're definitely going through the emotions and seem a bit checked out. Thankfully, they did put out some fresh pizzas (upon request) because the others that were out looked like they had been out for hours. We ended up asking for a regular cheese pizza to be put out and one finally did come. It was the best pizza out of their options... just wish I didn't have to pop my head into the back room to ask because they weren't coming out for a long time.
I was surprised my son was eating the other pizza with toppings on it. He must have been hungry. The flavors were nothing special and the crust was soggy and thin.
I'm grateful the salad bar was at least good. Everything looked clean and tasted fresh. The Lemonade was weak (I think they needed to be changed) and there wasn't soap in the bathroom. However, the dining area appeared to be clean.
The price was the best part. The lunch buffet Mon-Sat 11-2pm is $14.57 for pizza, salad, and a refillable drink... and they honor military and senior discounts! Oh and kids under 10 are free. Wow!
OK. So all-in-all to be fair and honest... they get a 3-star only because they weren't quite a 2. Would we come here again? Probably not. If we lived nearby, would we? Probably only for the salad bar. For the price, we don't feel ripped off. But my dad (and I agree) feel there are better pizza options out there for sure!

The pizza is good, the salad bar is good. The price is very fare. And it's a pizza restaurant that is a family oriented place. They're not trying to be a gourmet pizza parlor. I will keep returning.

I used to live in Bonners Ferry Idaho, there’s a pizza factory there. I moved to Portland in 2014, they had a pizza factory in PDX for a few months then it went under. So I was upset, very upset! I used to eat Pizza Factory WEEKLY in Idaho. So when I was told there’s one in Woodland, I had to go! Not much hasn’t changed about it in the years I missed out. The sauce is slightly different but still delicious! Only downfall was the amount of grease, it was dripping to the point our pizza would flop over and the toppings came off. Other than that, I still love their pizza, I’ll still eat it every time we’re in the area! 9.5/10!!
Pizza had great flavor, but no backbone. Crust was too thin and moist to pick up. Forks required.
Had the chicken 🐓 alfredo and added pineapple 🍍.
Not sure why pineapple isn’t on every pizza by default?
They had great service!

I just found this little, great restaurant. Their all you can eat pizza/salad buffet is from 11am to 2pm. Regular menu from 11am to 9pm. It's much like Izzy's Pizza.
Kid-friendliness: High chairs, and kids are about.

Honestly, it's hit or miss. It was really good when it first opened and then has gone downhill. It's not uncommon for the sauce to still be cold (not sure how that happens when it's cooked), they forget to put toppings on so bring them out on the side ( don't even warm them up), or if they put everything on, it's burned to the point it was rock hard and no cheese. This happened the last three times we went. We sent the burned one back and it did come back cooked right, so it's possible for them. That's why it gets two stars instead of one. It's just so inconsistent that we rarely go and just go when someone in the group wants pizza.
The salad bar is also rarely stocked anymore and last time we went, they were out of lettuce and it took 20 minutes to restock. Problem is they were not busy and the girl was just sitting and chatting with someone she knew at one table (no, she was not on a break, she would go back and take orders.)
I hope the owner of this store sees this so she can fix it. It it nice to have something other than Mexican food in town and would love for this to stay.

Great people Dropped my salad out front. The owner came out and told me to get another salad, and he would clean up! That's how to create business! I will buy from these people for life.?
I had the most delicious gluten free pizza made especially for me. They are so gracious in their service and the food is yummy.

This place is a hidden gem, always just ordered pizzas but I've been missing out on the lunch buffet! Very friendly staff, great food and even better prices!
