I wanted to bring my family here to try the buffet. But after reading all the reviews, and hearing about the lack of customer service and then reading about hassling people for a tip during the ordering process seems a little weird. But we definitely are not going to subject ourselves to this place based on the vast majority of negative reviews, and then the replies by the owner are truly lacking compassion and customer service. If you ordered a few pizzas from me and didn’t like it at all I would completely offer you a refund in full. Customer service is way more important then profits.

Pizza Factory is like that dear family member you don't get to see that often, but when you do, it's like you never left.
We typically seek Pizza 🍕 Factory when we travel. We were lucky to find one on our way back from Mt. St. Helen (we're from CA).
They didn't disappoint. The pizza was superior as usual -- crust crispy and light, just enough sauce, plenty of pepperoni. They even have around premium beer taps!

This place was a major let down! Decided to check out the buffet and boy did I regret that. The 3 pizza choices were awful and cold, the breadsticks rock hard and they don’t keep it well rotated. The salad bar was decent, but watch for spoilage! The price was a complete rip off for the offerings. Will never come back here.

My wife and I have gone here many times because of the salad bar. And the only reason why I'm giving it to Stars. It is due to the fact that last time we were there. The salad bar seemed to improve. The service is questionable if you can get them to truly listen. And as always in the food industry. The hassle you up front about a tip before you can even pay your bill. If you serve my food on paper plates. Correction I serve myself all you do is stand at a register and take my order. And I have to bust my own table don't you even dare ask for a tip. With that being said. Everything you get from there is frozen food microwaved or reheated. Add a price that would lead you to believe it was made in house. Not my favorite place.

We were in town for business. The staff was friendly, we arrived a little earlier than they opened, and they still allowed us to come in and sit at a table. Both of us ordered the buffet option. Since pizzas were not ready the young lady asked if there were any pizzas we would like made first. Anymore, that is pretty impressive to have staff care enough about what a customer would like. Buffet includes a beverage, fresh salad bar, and pizza. Everything is all you can eat and is very reasonably priced. They had some breadsticks or maybe garlic sticks, which was my favorite item. The dining room was clean but the restroom did need a little attention.

I just have to brag about this place. Not only are they largely involved in the community giving away mini pizzas to kids who do well in school. But they have ALWAYS been extremely accommodating to my gluten free needs. As someone with celiac disease, it can be hard to find safe places to eat, especially places that make dough. But I feel safe eating here and appreciate how far the staff goes to make my food with care. Best pizza joint in town. And the staff we always see are simply amazing. They are kind and always go out of their way for the customers. Thank you for going above and beyond always.

It was decent pizza. The crust wasn’t thin. Huge in the edges and $78.00 for two 12 inch pizzas was a huge ripoff
I hope this comes across as valuable feedback and not just straight up criticism. Because we would like to see local businesses succeed.
Our pizzas were practically inedible. We ordered a pesto and sundried tomato and garlic pizza with rock hard sundried tomatoes, and no garlic flavor.
We also got BBQ Chicken pizza. It was just covered in BBQ sauce. Just way too much sauce, couldn't taste any thing else in the pizza.
It might just be bad quality of ingredients but disappointed in what we received.

Unfortunately, the lasagna tasted like it had been reheated from frozen—it was ice cold in the center, which was really disappointing. The garlic bread was the only highlight of the meal. Good taste. Ok service. Once again not a fan of tipping in advance without knowing how good the service would be. Pizza could have used a slight retention layer of cheese. But it was good. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely come back.
