Absolutely awful experience. If you like waiting an hour to get your order totally wrong, this is the spot for you! It’s especially good if you like seeing people rip through the drive through and get their food in 5 minutes while you wait, ignored, in the lobby. I won’t even look at this place next time I drive by, the sight of it will forever sicken me. Seriously this place is garbage, save yourself the money and trouble and go anywhere else.

I was really disappointed with the chicken. I went to two different places and the first one in st Helen's Oregon had the flavor of old grease and the chicken was mostly crust and hardly any meat . The second place I went wasn't any better, hardly any meat and the biscuits were hard as a rock . I will not be going there ever again

The chicken looked and tasted old. My potatoes were awful. The woman working the drive through didnt get my order right. I will absolutely not take my family back here.

Always out of anything that you really want, and if you doordash your order they send whatever they can find. 3 times now the order has been incorrect and very poor food quality.

I had never had it and figured why not? I got an original chicken sandwich, fries, and a lemonade. It was pretty good for the price and the speed. Big hunk of chicken breast, tasted good, breading was good, and definitely more filling than normal fast food hamburgers. The fries were really tasty too. I’m not big on fast food but I would probably choose them again over most.

Placed an online order to be picked up. Got the notification the order was ready. Show up and they didnt even start it. Had to wait another 20 minutes before they even started putting it together.

This review is not so much for the food but this is mostly about employees and how they do things and sanitation.
I have watched employees touch the trash can With their whole hand in the trashcan with gloves on then turn around and touch food and touch the paper wraps that go inside the boxes. Also, I have watched employees, touch food with just bare hands and putting food in the order bags for customers without gloves on I have also washed employees eat french fries that has fallen off the tray that they currently have them on which is more of like a sheet pan they eat, french fries In front of customers in front of the register without washing their hands afterwards and then turn around and touch customers orders I barely watch any employee wash their hands, especially the ones that work in the back. This is a reason why I will not eat at this location and I will not recommend it to anybody Because I don’t want them to get sick from either food poisoning or from some sort of illness or something because the employees do not know how to wash their hands and proper sanitation procedures

I didn’t know where to go on my review cause the food here is actually good. But the problem is poor management. Every time we come here they are always out of chicken so we have to wait 15 minutes for them to make it. Management needs to step up and needs to know how much chicken is needed. I’m sure you have a log on what your busy days are. Again food is great, workers are good. But just never have chicken on hand.

All around 5 stars ive been to this popeyes i few times now and I can say it is verh consistent and delicious every single time. The app works perfectly rewards aren't to hard to get and are pretty generous. I went inside to eat this time and the decor and music is just on point I feel like im in Louisiana. The inside is also very clean. The ghost pepper sandwich is perfectly spicy it just dances on your tounge and its not overwhelming. I enjoy this location every time 5 stars all around keep doing what your doing! Only thing I can complain about is you guys aren't open to late but that just means you dont overwork the workers to much.
