Opens at 9 and I was there at 10:30 and they were still not opened. Food wasn’t bad but service gets an F today.

Waited almost half an hour to for them to make my sandwhich. I took my eyes off it for 5 seconds to respond to my friend and it ended up getting mixed up with someone else’s order. I didn’t get the correct sandwhich. Would not recommend

I go in and order mine and WY wife's food they don't give change and don't tell you tell you check out so I am out money now and my food was not made right I open it up when I get home and it all fell out I will never be back to any subway again . Get your shit together

I have been trying to speak to a manger here for days and am told there is no manager that is ever in there. We ordered 3 days ago and the food we received was more than unexpectable. My ft long roast beef sandwich had 3 MAYBE sliced of meat on it 1/2 of it had absolutely NO meat, I ordered it loaded either way veggies and I got a bunch of lettuce, 1 single bell pepper slice, 3 tomatoes tabs that was it. My husband’s sandwich was even worse - the bread was not baked all the way and still doughy, he had a bunch of chicken and virtually nothing else. His also was supposed to have all the veggies and it had lettuce and 4 tomatoes on it.
We called to speak with them immediately after receiving it and the lady didn’t even deny it - told me that “well you can try and reach someone in corporate if you want money back, I asked for managers name and was told there manager is never in there and no body I can speak with. She didn’t apologize after acknowledging she made it like that, didn’t try and offer another one ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
I am going to be contacting every source of social media and news to get the name out there that subway is not managing there restaurants. You should be able to speak with a person in some type of lead position, that’s why this place is serving food like this.
This is the worst service I have ever received and the fact you can’t speak with a manager or even a person in a lead position is unexpectable. I would not recommend this place at all.

First time I ate here I ordered online but still had to wait almost 20 minutes for my food. This time I was more careful with the timing and made sure they were actually preparing it before I drove over. But my sandwich absolutely sucked. There were only a couple of thin pieces of meat, which is not at all how this sandwich is advertised. I paid $7to eat spinach and bread. What a rip off.

Placed an online order and waited till it said complete. Went in to pick up my order and had to stand in line for 15 minutes to find out they hadn't even started on the order yet. Then they tell me they're out of the bread I want. Out of sauce. The phone is broken. What is even going on at this store. The employees were rude and seemed stoned out of thier minds. Where is the manager?? May as well close it and put in a Starbucks people with actually use.

This is the slowest Subway I’ve ever been to. We were next in line and told that they would be making ours right after the mobile order they were working on. There was only one person working in the front. Turns out there were two more people hanging out in the back that only came out once the line became 5 people deep. Our order ended up taking nearly 30 minutes to get when there was only 1 order in front of us when we came in! I absolutely do not recommend this location.

Got an Italian BMT footlong to go to eat in hotel. The staff friendly and helpful as allowed me to choose the cheese and toppings I wanted.
I came in here with my family and this employee named Angie said there was no shredded cheese but she was really just to lazy to go in the back in make it and then I said never mind and that’s when she went in the back and they suddenly had the cheese I asked for then usually the subways I’ve been to they help someone cash them out start another person she did not finish an order before starting a new one and and when my aunt asked her very politely to finish her sandwich, she told her no I don’t know what they’re teaching their employees but what I was taught is the customer is always right I don’t usually write reviews, but this one was needed

I've really tried with this place. Back when the staff was decent I went in almost every day for lunch. Now their so short staffed it took 27 minutes to make 2 sandwiches, and there was only one "group" (husband and wife) in front of me. I've also seen management publicly embarrass their staff to the point of tears, over non work matters, I heard about their freezer being untrustworthy but still selling the food. I don't recommend supporting their business practices.
I miss the old subway.
Got a sandwhich today and I really appreciated the quality and effort that went into it. The young lady who made my sandwhich was named Selena and she made the experience very fun with her jokes. Will definitely be coming back!
