Food was good. Mainly just had a problem with the service. Not very friendly or welcoming. Other than taking our orders, no communication at all. Every time anyone said "thank you," zero response. We weren't given a bill; just a verbal total. Probably wouldn't have had any issues with the take out window, but they obviously aren't geared for dine in.

This is an outstanding place to grab an assortment of your favorites. They have a few outside tables for those great times, sitting out -eating great food with your favorite people. It not too expensive (lower priced than most), delicious, quick, locally owned and I don't know what else you'd be looking for... Definetely two thumbs up! ? ?Parking: It's not too much, it's going to be able to accommodate -you might have to walk 20-40' further -if you don't get one of the few that are 10' from their door. We were lucky!Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, welcomed & should love it.

I passed through Woodland while driving to Portland last week and stopped in for some spicy chicken teriyaki. The gentleman inside was a great guy. Service was quick. The food was great! It’s a small dining room so I’d recommend grabbing food to go. It’s a good deal especially if you are used to paying Seattle prices for teriyaki. The beef and pork teriyaki options looked great as well.Vegetarian options: They have multiple dishes that do not include meat and almost all of the dishes can be substituted for a non-meat option.Dietary restrictions: They are more than willing to accommodate to any changes that must be made. Ask the server before ordering.Parking: There is a parking lot behind the restaurant with plenty of space.Kid-friendliness: They welcome kids at this restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: The dining area is small but the restaurant is located on the first floor and is wheel chair friendly.

I'm only giving three stars and it has nothing to do with the quality of the food. The food is good, very tasty and nice portions. I'm knocking a star off for pricing and a star off for staff. The staff that works the register during the day isn't very friendly and doesn't listen well. I've had to reiterate my orders many times and they still forget something. Mostly it's because they look distracted which in turn reflects unfriendliness, because despite me smiling and being friendly, they do not return the sentiment. One gal is particularly bad about this. I am always very pleasant and warm when working with those in the service industry as I too, have years of experience working in bars and restaurants as well as retail. We come here often enough to know the menu and the food is good, but it's time to leave a review about the issues we consistently encounter here. Second, the cost. I understand prices have gone up due to inflation but they have always been spendy. Other teriyaki places are not as expensive. If those things above don't bother you than Teriyaki Spice will please you. The food is quite good.

The only issue I have is the price. Overall 4.5 stars. I had another place that gives you twice as much food for the same price.

I'm a delivery driver and when I get orders from here each time I come it's a long wait, the service isn't as good and the food in the bag ESPECIALLY THE SAUCE leaks every time I pick it up. This place's food smells horrible and they have had several inspection, from what I heard is that they failed a few. Overall I wouldn't go to this place to eat, and I probably will ignore other orders for this restaurant.

The food was ok. We went to sit down and the person i was with had stuff drip down from the ceiling and go down his back. The service also was lacking. I wouldn't go back.
