I Love this little coffee shop. The young ladies that work here are great! I know some from the 72nd coffee shop. That was a wonderful spot to take my 95 year old Momma. We have been to the Yacolt shop 3 times. ❤️ Love you ladies

The best coffee in Clark County- hands down! I'm a coffee snob and this place exceeds my expectations every time. The staff are friendly and work well together. It's worth the price and worth waiting in the, sometimes, long line.

Beyond irritating that nothing has prices listed. People should know what they are paying before they order…. Spent $15 on two 16 ounce drinks, that’s insane. Not even exciting drinks or coffee… just chai. Not exciting or anything extra. I’d rather go buy a $16 bag of big train myself and make it at home if I am going to pay $7.50 for a drink. Just thought I’d try it since it’s always busy.

The absolutely worse service I have ever experienced in my whole life! Our family was next up to the coffee stand waiting in line in the drive through at 2:01 pm in the afternoon on 9-1-2025 when some gal comes out of the coffee stand and puts a cone in front of our van without even looking at us or saying anything about what she was doing and they just closed and shut us off from service right during business hours. Really? Unbelievable! Our family has been long time customers of Arrowhead but I will never spend another dime of mine at that joint. You could be waiting in line with your mouth watering as you imagine getting a coffee and they could just choose to arbitrarily close leaving the only thing for you to drink is your own drool! How do you stay in business treating people like that? North County Coffee on the other hand has always treated us well and the owner is amazing! She voluntarily put our cows back in the fence one time when they got out and we were away from the farm. That is outstanding service that goes above and beyond the great coffees that North County Coffee offers!

Too Overpriced. Their stamp card is $3 off after 10 drinks. Maybe $4 i cant remember. My medium drink still costed $7 after the discount. Girl working seems like she dont want to be there.

I asked before ordering if they could make a eggnog tomahawk. Never did they mention that you can't taste the eggnog until I took it back stating you can't taste eggnog at all. It was at that point the lady stated that with the other ingredients you really can't taste the eggnog. The lady asked if we wanted a eggnog latte instead BUT proceeded to say that we would have to pay for it cause it wasn't their fault and do to their NEW policy that if it wasn't the mistake of the workers then they have to charge! Maybe if you knew that it wasn't going to have the eggnog flavor then you should say that considering when a person orders eggnog it's for that reason... the flavor.

Please let your customers know that your sugar-free options are not actually sugar-free. It is reduced sugar. The half sweet sugar-free decaf coffee drink I ordered spiked my glucose levels way too high.
