Backroads Pub and Grub

We all like our watering hole, but lately we ( myself and a few others) feel like we are over paying when we have already paid for our beverages. People are buying rounds and not getting there drinks that has been paid for or even better all of sudden you got a bill for it.

It doesn't happen every time only when certain individuals are working.

I really don't like adding bad reviews but,

Service was terrible. My son ordered a Philly sandwich I ordered a small senior pizza.
He was done eating his food before mine even arrived. I went an asked what's going on they couldn't give an explanation. They did credit some not on the bill still very high priced

This place is amazing 💯. The food is very delicious. The service is outstanding. The manager was very polite and on point with customer service. I will definitely recommend this business to family and friends. Good job keep up the good work.

The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the food is always consistently so delicious. We always sit on the patio with our dog and they always bring him water. There are a few fun games back there, to keep kids (and adults) busy too.

The server with black hair was extremely rude from the moment we walked in the door; nobody guided us to a seating area and when trying to find a seat, she yelled at us. She profiled us as underage without bothering to look at our ID's, while trying to argue where we were allowed to sit (even though we are both well over 21). I would not recommend this place, the environment is the opposite of friendly.

We ate here 2 nights in a row on a recent hiking trip. Normally like to try different things but it was so good! They do not skimp on the pizza toppings, salad ingredients are super fresh, and lots of good sauce/dressing choices - I think many of which are made in house. My friend had the Elvis burger and could not stop talking about it. The chef came out to our table multiple times to ask how we wanted this or that prepared or if we wanted to try a sauce he created, etc. Casual, friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be back next time we're in the area!

My son had pizza and I had the Philly sando . Both were delicious! Their ranch and Zesty ranch are really good too.

Best pizza. This restaurant was a fun drive to get to. Mmmmmm, spicy alfredo is so good, it's mouth watering.

I do not like country music and wasn't really a fan of the whole aesthetic of this place but damn the pizza was quality enough to make up for it. I ain't joking. It's worth a trip up from Battle Ground. Also the artichoke dip is fit for royalty. It's not terribly expensive or cheap. Also hung out with some of the staff who seem like great people.

3.5 out of 5 stars. We moved out to Yacolt 6 months ago and have ordered take out pizza twice a month from here. We love the chicken bacon garlic, the Goodfella's, Hawaiian, and the other pizzas we've tried. We like to order roasted jalapeños on half of most of our pies. The pizza is usually quite tasty but the cooks frequently forget our jalapeños and for some reason they don't often put the fresh basil on the Goodfellow pizza or the green onions on some of the others and it definitely makes a difference and is supposed to come with it. Would really appreciate a consistent, and reliable outcome from this pizza pub. If we got our orders as ordered every time they would easily earn 5 stars from me and my family. Servers and staff seem to be very friendly. Pretty good prices for the pizzas but they are thin crust so might be less filling for some. We've always ordered takeout but they do have a very small section for dine in in the family section, there's more seating in the pub for the over 21 crowd and a fairly large outdoor seating area weather depending. I will give this some time and update my review to 5 stars if we see an improvement with remembering toppings on the pies. Thank you.
