I came for Father's Day brunch, but I didn't realize it was a buffet. (i love buffets) I just wasn't expecting it. Everything was cooked perfectly. I wish i had an option for 4.6 stars for the food, but I just can't give 5 stars on their food for only trying a buffet where they would usually run a full menu. We enjoyed a Mother's Day celebration dinner at Fargher Lake house. I had house smoked salmon Mac & Cheese that was baked to finish it, with 2 garlic bread sticks. My wife had the meatloaf hamburgers. Both where well presented and tasty. The Best part was the service. We got all the attention we needed without the staff overwhelming us.

I've loved FLH for as long as I've lived in North county. We've celebrated anniversaries, birthdays and special occasions here. I've always defended them online, when people complained about slow service, over-priced food, etc. But after one too many bad experiences, my loyalty was wavering... then last night happened. Top 5 WORST dining experience my husband and I have EVER had. After watching 3 tables who were seated after us place their orders...
