Wheat and Fire

Having been in the food industry and roasting coffee since 1995, I can tell you that Pull Caff’e is a hidden gem. Todd’s commitment to artisan and quality goes beyond 99% of the people in the food industry. From the years of time to find a vintage roaster and restore it to use wood fuel to roast coffee to making his own wood fired oven. We have conversations monthly about the very best way to use fresh milled flour to create wild yeast sourdough bread. His bread class on Eventbrite is a bargain if you have any interest in knowledge and passion about wood fired baking and sour dough bread.

What an awesome experience at Sourdough Saturday! A bunch of friendly people, breads to try (and buy) and delicious coffee! Todd is super friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to make my way out to Yacolt again for more of the coffee and bread! I can't wait until next month!

When it comes to coffee, Todd ranks right up thier with "Minds" like Tesla,Edison, Einstein, Gordon Ramsy. This coffee is truly an experience! I know no other person who knows so much about bread and the process!

Todd and Mary are the Best. They have created a special and unique local business. Truly taking coffee roasting to another level on the Oldest Probat roasting machine. And offering bread making classes on Saturdays. Support local this year!!! And every day ⭐️

I tried this at a coffee truck (Baxter's) in Yacolt and it blew me away. Absolutely legendary coffee was not what I was expecting. I can't even look at the coffee in my cupboard at the moment, and will be ordering a ton of this going forward! The sourdough bread looks amazing as well.

EVERYTHING is the best I've ever had! I was happy to hear about this little gem from a friend and learned more about it at my Rotary club. Spent part of an afternoon there with some friends, drank some delicious coffee and enjoyed some amazing bread. Looking forward to my next visit!

I booked a bread making adventure with Todd, and that is just what we got. It was such a fun experience!! We learned about our bread, and made it throughout the day while enjoying breakfast, lunch, and snacks with his private chef! I have recommended this to every friend I have spoken to since booking. Please go, enjoy the beautiful coffee and bread experience. It won’t disappoint!

Todd is a master roaster and coffee historian. His coffee hits the right notes and the bread was exceptional. This place is worth the scenic drive and Todd is incredibly friendly and eager to show you his establishment.

Beyond awesome experience! We purchased Pull Caff'e beans for our mobile coffee unit: Meandering Café because it's Seattle's best. Duh. If you don't believe me, go to their website and buy yourself a can or two. You won't regret it. Besides creating such amazing coffee, Todd was uber friendly and informative. He even gave us a tour of his whole roasting process. We left with a new friend, a wealth of knowledge, and a case of delicious beans roasted in the oldest roaster in the world. Coming soon to a city near you. ☕ ?
