Requested vehicle side delivery because I am a disabled Veteran. After waiting in my vehicle for 15 minutes, I went in to collect my order. Was not even offered help to my car. I wish I could get the tip of 26% back for they really did not earn it.

Absolutely the worst customer service ive ever received, 60 minutes on hold, and just as long attempting to place an online order, only to be completely disrespected by Thomas, the supposed manager. Tonight will be the LAST time I ever attempt to order dominos, this experience made a level of livid I haven't experienced in a long time. Asked for a number to contact customer service and got an eye roll and told its online only. 15 seconds was all it took me to find a number I will be calling during business hours, this entire store is a waste of time. Go to Pizza Hut around the corner. They found me comparable coupons and helped me in less then 15 minutes.

Pizza was amazing! My delivery driver Michael was super nice even if it was a few second interaction he told me he made sure there was sauce on it (no kidding lol). The pizza was perfect and the Parmesan bites were sooo good too. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious as usual!

I ordered 2 pizzas for dinner tonight. I have ordered many times before. Always having great delivery. I was told they would deliver in 25 mins. After 45 mins our pizza was still not delivered I called the store back I was told to look on our porch. The driver driver didn't knock or other wise notifiy us that they had been delivered I looked on our security camera and saw they were delivered 35 mins earlier. The food was cold. Needless to say I was upset. I called the store manager Thomas was absolutely no help. I CERTANLY WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS RESTERANT AGAIN. THOMAS NEEDS TO LEARN WHAT IT MEANS TO BE AN EFFECTIVE AMANAGER.
