I have had two separate servers that are reasonable normal people where I ended up with a normal bill, but the third time is the charm and I was charged $20 for a 12oz and 16oz coffee. Starbucks doesn't even have the arrogance to do something like this. Truly incredible. It was either a mistake, or I won't be back.
Staff was excellent. Coffee was good, but the bagel was so bad. Microwaved, gummy, impossible to chew. I just threw it out. I dont expect a great bagel from a coffee place in Yelm, wa. But these should just be taken off the menu. They're just gross.
