This is the worst Jack-in-the-Box to go to. They do not hear their job. They always make you wait and forget about your order and do not go to the store.

Ordered someone food. Tacos specifically and when I got the tacos it looked like they had been soaked in water or some liquid and was falling apart and not edible.

I usually get great service here and even when the fries aren't filled to the top they will get me some. Generous with sauces, giving me a large cup for water. Etc.
Orders always accurate so far.

Only bad time was when the bubble milk tea was labeled as milk tea but was really coffee milk tea flavor. Employee argued with me bit eventually gave a replacement. I can't stand coffee flavors and knew it was and couldn't finish drink.

I visited Jack-in-the-Box this morning for breakfast and had an unexpectedly negative experience at the drive-through. Upon arriving, I was informed by the employee that their card reader wasn’t working and that they didn’t have any change, so I would need to provide the exact amount. I politely mentioned that there was a bank across the street, thinking it might help the situation.

However, the employee responded by refusing to serve me, claiming that my comment was rude. I was taken aback by this reaction, as I didn’t intend any rudeness and was simply trying to offer a solution.

This experience left me feeling disappointed. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, especially when I’m being polite. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service in the future.

I'd say the jerk in front of me held up the drive thru today. Service was great and the workers were apologetic. Super long wait for just 3 shakes but their promptness and attitude showed they were working hard so it didn't seem like a service issue just loser car in front of me that caused problems with a long order.

For the last 3x (Friday, Saturday and Monday) I have come to this location about 1 hr to 30 min before closing as it states in google hours and no one ever answers the intercom. I’ll say hello and no answer. Or when they do answer they say there not taking orders. I have seen them standing around and seen cars outside. If the hours are incorrect pls have them fixed if not maybe finding other graveyard shift workers who might be willing take orders.

Well, we were charged for a large Popcorn Chicken Box combo. Got home to discover that not only was it a smaller box but even that was maybe 1/3 full.

I tried calling the store and it went to Voicemail.

There is a reason why we stopped going to this location and this is one more reason.

I want to share that I went into Jack-in-the-Box today because we love their ranch and I wasn’t having the best day. I was more than willing to pay for some ranch I know it is kind of a weird request but the woman that helped me with very kind and let me have some ranch. We love this Jack in the box.
