Went to get the 700 daily meal was told inhave to pay extra for the drink the sign says sandwich fries and drink for 700 he said sign is wrong i said no it's notni e gotten it before I'm not paying 200 for a drink that's suppose to be included I said forget it came home called he answered hung up on me

This place, I literally have to write ✍️ my order on paper in order to get what I want because God knows I've wasted plenty of money and threw the food away because it wasn't what I ordered, live in Roy too far to turn around and go back. Now I cannot get what I paid for even tho it was written in black and white. I'm at my whits end with you people. You're the only fast food place that I can go to that's not gross!!~~ Sick and Tired

I bought a three-piece meal and a two-piece meal and it cost me $34. I figured for $34 I would get fresh food and my chicken would be hot. My chicken was lukewarm at best and was very greasy and the biscuit was cold and crunchy. Now I know why my wife calls them hockey pucks. I ordered corn and mashed potatoes with my wife’s two-piece dinner and she got corn and coleslaw. Come on KFC, you gotta do better than this for $34 for two people to eat!! I mean, for that kind of money my food should be hot and it should be made correctly. I don’t think I’m gonna be coming back!! I could go to Safeway and get a better deal for less money and get the same quality of chicken or even better!

Great price for a meal $7.00 and great choices. We wanted to substitute the mashed potatoes for the fries. No problem. The fries has a crispy coating and are delicious. There were 2 not so good things about this store. The music was up very loud and they turned off the soda machine so we couldn't get more or even more ice...???

The employee Angela was very kind. She was able to get my order out in time even though they messed it up she quickly remade it.
Nice KFC combined with Taco Bell. We only partake in the KFC, overall clean, good food fast, not the best order of fries but still good, the biscuits was actually the best I had at a fast food chain...recommend if you are passing through

I was disappointed. They do not serve grilled chicken at this particular location. My husband isn't supposed to eat fried food. Won't be going back
