This is a good place to get fried chicken or taco bell. They usually have several decent deals on select meal choices and can be purchased using ebt cash directly using your ebt card workout having to go to the atm first. They are the only fast food place i have seen that does have this feature without being inside of another store that accepts ebt, such as a Starbucks being inside Safeway, can use food stamps because the cash register is actually Safeways not Starbucks.

Did a mobile pick up, staff never spoke to the customers in the lobby. I have done food service and this was awful. The manager on duty did not even acknowledge the people in the lobby.

It's a combo style restaurant. Tacos and chicken, we went with the chicken. It was good and no complaints about time or dirty booths or floors... atmosphere was bright and yet cozy... I recommend it...

Was in there about 4:30 on 8/1 and the cashier did not listen. We ordered a 16 piece family meal and a 3 piece strip ... ended up with an 8 piece strip sides we didn't want. Didn't get asked if we wanted extra cripsy or not also did not get asked about the sides.....

Absolutely horrible service. Got my order messed up a couple times and played tag with the manager to get it fixed. Needless to say I gave up trying to get it right over a couple bucks. Decided to give it another shot, hoping the one, of only a few places in town, could get it right atleast once. No, I was wrong. Messed up royally this last time and I will never go again. I'll travel out of town if I ever consider going to KFC or Taco Bell again. Management is rude and gave me so much sauce on my taco that that is all I had on my cheesy gordita crunch. It's horrible service and that leads to less than average food. I Really wish they would take more consideration into their reputation, we are a small town, try to act like you want to be here.

I had asked for a bit of a change to a coupon. The manager on duty verified what I was asking for and filled my order with a smile. Very pleasant and since it was a fairly large order, in a timely manner, too. Everyone seemed attentive and nice. Nothing but praise for the people and food while I was there.
Restaurant is in a constant state of a mess. Food is typical of KFC and Taco Bell offerings but they don’t have on thier menu “Al La Cart” items or don’t honor the national menu items. Folks working there don’t really know what’s going on and it is obvious to customers. Hopefully, the management can get some training on leadership and management procedures but I am not sure if I would be willing to return to this specific franchise.

I haven't been to KFC in quite some time and I can't imagine wanting to go back with the quality of food. I get the famous bowl and have no idea why they would think it's famous for being anything other than terrible! The potatoes were very runny, almost like soup. The chicken was so cooked it was like rubber and there were only a few pieces in it. It was horrible do not order it.
