We tried this place only once. It took a really long time to get seen by our waitress and even longer to get the food. Normally I wouldn't care so much but we have a 1 year old and they really don't sit well for long periods of time. It felt hectic in there. The food was good.. nothing too special about it. The atmosphere was a little out dated, but I could tell that this spot was probably a very loved spot by the locals. I'd love to try dinner here some time, I'm sure the atmosphere is much different than the breakfast time we were here. Nothing negative other than the wait, but nothing that really stood out to me either.

Tortoise Milk
Dougs is a cozy restaurant great for a family breakfast. I have never felt joy the way I have sitting with my brother and his girlfriend while eating my French toast (absolutely delicious by the way) and sitting in dougs. It is so cozy and the service is IMPECCABLE. If you are thinking about trying dougs, it is worth every penny!!

Bland food with bad service! I understand you get busy but it doesn't mean you should jeopardize the quality of service provided. Our waitress Ashley was not friendly, checked on us one time in the hour we were theyre and acted aggravated that i asked for something. Not hey hows your food, did it turn out ok, do you need anything, hope you have a great day nothing!

-The omelette meat tasted old. -The hashbrowns were barely cooked. -Double charged to $8 for a single drink, they refunded $1. (The server doesn't seem to understand basic math) -Wrong toast provided with meal. -Dingy interior at thia point, feels gross to eat there.
Honestly, I had been okay with them in the past. However, this visit was the send off. Good luck guys..

The staff was amazing with our 20 guests and they had a fun game for the kids. The kids had to find a pickle ornament somewhere in the restaurant to win a prize. It was also decorated for christmas in such a beautiful small town way. Food was delicious and very affordable.

First time visit. Went on a Sunday around noon. Line to get seated because very busy. First of all, it's super noisy. Could hardly hear my friend talking at times. I ordered a breakfast which came after quite a wait. I ordered my eggs medium but they came very under done and had to take them back. They came back microwaved! The toast wasn't toasted and had some strange margarine spread on them. Disgusting. Hash browns under done. The only thing I could eat were the sausages. They were quite tasty. The rest of the meal was given to the crows.

Bacon was SO crispy just how I love it and omg don't even get me started on the cheese sticks they were so crispy and you can tell they weren't frozen or anything cheese was amazingly melty outside was so crisp 100/10 hashbrowns were great too fries were amazing, our server was sweet and bubbly the people around us were sweet and bubbly too, cutely decorated little bowl of free peppermints too!!
