Cute spot with a fun vibe, but the service felt off. It was our first time, and while we were trying to figure out the menu, the barista seemed irritated and dismissive. At the window she gave us an intense stare instead of a welcome, which made things a little uncomfortable. Drinks were fine, but the experience wasn’t as friendly as we expected. Would probably try a different location if it is your first time trying.

I stopped by to pick up a drink for my friend & I had the absolute pleasure of being helped out by Trinity. She is soooo kind, social, funny, knowledgeable and compassionate. Normally when I stop by somewhere to buy a drink or something it's quick & nothing stands out. I'll literally never forget this interaction because those few minutes I spent waiting for the drink, I had a blast with Trinity, she is so fun to talk to! I was tempted to just order another drink and sit there all day chatting with her if i didn't have to get home because we clicked so amazingly in that short time. I'll need to go by more often to see my new friend, Trinty definitely went above and beyond. Easily the best service I've ever experienced in my life, I didn't feel like i was buying a drink but instead catching up with a dear friend, she is easily a people person and Northwest Grind x Bubbleology knew what they were doing when she got hired. Also, my friend said she loved her drink and goes there all the time and is never disappointed, her and Trinity know each other also and my friend had nothing but amazing things to say about Trinity also!! I think it's safe to say she is and will always be my favorite Barista. Someone please give Trinity the raise she clearly deserves!!

Oh my gosh I absolutely love coming here! The girls at the stand are amazing and always seem to make my day. Although the drinks my family and I get taste 10/10, talking to the baristas just seem to brighten my mood. Sometimes I just like to go for the conversation itself! The wait time is pretty quick. I’m always craving their drinks, and the service is excellent. Definitely go there for a good time! Love you guys! 🫶🏻

I really tried to like this place, it looks so fun! My first trip it felt like I was a bother for even pulling up the barista seemed to want to be doing anything but make me a drink. I ignored that bc everyone has a bad day and was craving a boba so I took a trip today.. the barista (different than the first) was super sweet and even chatted it up HOWEVER I was literally TWO sips into my drink and sucked through a big enough chunk of something to ruin my drink. It looks like a piece of a sponge maybe I’m really not sure, it’s plastic and gunked up. Gross! Never again.
Great service! Fast and we never wait longer than 5 minutes. The girls are lovely, I always get the girl with the pink hair and she is so nice!

I had an amazing experience here! The workers are extremely fast and friendly. This is probably the best coffee stand around town. The prices are very nice for the product you get. The only downside is there there isn't a separate spot for walk-up customers, which can get a little hard when there's a line. Overall, a 5 out of 5 experience. Will be returning! c:

Ridiculous long wait with one car in front of us. Two baristas on shift who can't make drinks faster than ten minutes with premade syrups and mixes. We waitied almost 15 minutes for the car in front of us to get a two coffee order and they had been sitting there for at least a few minutes before we pulled up. Once we finally got to order it still took a ridiculous amount of time to make two boba beverages. When we finally got the drinks and got to take a sip as we were driving down the road all that there was for flavor was sugar with some more sugar with a slight hint of some kind of fruit. Not even remotely close in flavour to what was ordered. The only okay ish part was the boba and lychee chunks. That's kind of disappointing to be honest. Paying $6.00 for a sugar water with boba and lychee. I was going to try their food but after tasting their drinks I'd rather not ever come back. So in summary: If you love iced sugar water this place is for you.

Tried Northwest Grind for the first time yesterday morning. They have a great location. The cost is similar to Starbucks. They have an easy to read menu board. Clean and well maintained. Service was nice. But........my macha latte was way too sweet. I couldn't finish it. It tasted like a liquid candy bar. I have had a friend who mentioned that her drink was too sweet as well.
