I was extremely disappointed. I have never received such a small amount of meat when order pho. The flavor wasn’t terrible. Not the best not the worst. But I certainly would expect more meat than 5 thin slices. Staff was extremely friendly though.

The food was awful. The Pad Thai tasted like ketchup. Who puts green beans into fried rice? It wasn't even fried, it was steamed. :( The egg rolls and pot stickers were overcooked as was the meat in the spring roll. The food was so bland. The employees were friendly but so, so unorganized. It used to be amazing when we lived in Yelm 7 years ago...so disappointed.

This place used to be great once upon a time. I would drive all the way to yelm from other cities just to get some food here. I don't know if they had a management change or what, but their food and service have gone way down. I ordered food for pick up at a specified time I was there during the specified time. The food was already waiting on the counter when I got there. It was cold, like warm at best. I complained about it and they took the food to fix it. I am pretty certain they just reheated the food. It wasn't good, the recipes have changed. I was missing items and I had to fight with them to even get it apparently reheated and not even replaced. I had 2 side pho and they literally gave me broth, thyme, jalapeno and bran sprouts the rice was hard and crispy and nothing was up to the standard this business used to have. I would not recommend wasting your money I spent almost 60$ and ended up throwing away almost everything.

The first time we went the food was great. I had the Pho it was fantastic. My husband had curry which was wonderful. The restaurant itself needs a bit of a renovation. It was also dirty. The floors were sticky. The small countertop was cluttered with...stuff. The second time we went we ordered teriyaki chicken to go. When we got home the container was loaded with dry chicken and steamed rice. It was terribly dry and there was no sauce. If I go again, it'll be for Pho or curry.

I am very disappointed in the service of pho yelm. We ordered dinner to go. I got soup and my husband ordered 2 orders of springs roll. (4 total) we arrived at home. We live past clearwood. Not close to town. Open our food and find out we have only received our soup. No dinner for my husband. I drive back to pho to get the 2 orders of rolls that I bought. And asked if I could get a extra roll for my time and their mess up. Thats $5. I asked for a $5 roll for having to drive the 22 mins back to town and my time and there mess up. Almost an hour to get our order. They said no we don't do anything for free. Nothing to make there mess up correct. They wouldn't make it right and said the bad review and loosing a customer was more worth it over a $5 roll. Really disappointed there not for the customer service. They lost a customer i want other's to know how they treat their customers if they mess up.

This is the second time there has been chicken in my tofu yakisoba :( I wont be going back. Sometimes the food is great, and other times it is bland and flavorless, and doesn't seem fresh. I get the same dish every time, but it is hit or miss if I am going to get the good, fresh version or the bland version. Regardless, finding meat in a vegetarian dish on multiple occasions is unacceptable. The staff that takes the orders are always very nice.

I come here weekly and have been for years. Great food, great staff. I always order to go, so I can't really comment on the dine-in experience. Their Pad Thai is bomb!
