It was difficult for me, calling for carryout two large pepperoni pizzas. The number you call isn't the store number. When I called about curbside(disabled) service, they had to call the local store, and have them bring it out. Ordering online wasn't a option. Not sure why you can't call the store directly, having to involve a third person.

It's a chain restaurant, so you get what you expect. However, this location does not deliver on time and does not have the ability to take phone calls, it redirects you to a national call center. Delivery windows estimates are up to 40 minutes wide despite being ten minutes from the store.

I received an email from the rgm Kevin, who attempted to address issues and did attempt to offer a credit... But said credit did not get applied. I don't care about the free pizza, I'm happy to pay for my food, but when a regional general manager can't uphold his written word and the facility can't manage basic pizza delivery when there's like 4 other places that can, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. They're not worth the hassle.

Ok I am not usually one to complain... however this has been multiple times of this happening at this point. I do not order thin crust pizza... bit the pizza I get may as well be. The crust is tough and has the consistency of cardboard...on a stuffed crust pizza... what's going on y'all?

Luau pizza had basically no sauce on it. Like it was hard to even find any, had to look for it. Could have been cooked longer, pretty meh. Tipped well, so not complaining just complain. Will probably just go back to ordering dominoes.

Ita pizza hut, it's hard to go wrong. Tastes delicious. However the last 2 orders I've gotten have been incorrect. I've never complained about it but it is frustrating to pay for the extras and get the wrong thing or not get the extras as well as tip.

The pizza was fine, but I am absolutely DISGUSTED with how this heavy set lady treated her fellow employee, an innocent young man with Down Syndrome. I was standing at the counter waiting for someone to help me, and the only employee to notice me was the man with special needs. He went and grabbed his boss (I’m assuming his boss) and her response almost got me locked up today! She quote on quote said “I have my own eyes ok!) I held my composure because I didn’t want the young man to feel uncomfortable or worked up. I’m leaving a 5 star review because I have a ton of respect for the owner of this establishment giving people with special needs a chance. Props to you Mr/mrs, you you are an amazing person! You need do need to make a drastic change in your staff though TODAY! My heart is breaking for this poor young man. Nobody should be bullied, especially someone with special needs. If nothing is done about this, I’m hitting social media and I’m hitting it hard. If you are owner please reach out to me asap. I am irate
